TOP TECH INFLUENCERS TO FOLLOW ON SOCIAL MEDIA

Not only Mark Zuckerberg or Bill Gates are the only ones to influence a technological environment. Look at list of seven top tech influencers, whose activity is worth following in social media.

Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Jack Doresy and Elon Mask are undoubtedly the greatest top tech influencers well – known all over the world. Their activity in social media (and in particular on Twitter) is watched by millions of people every day. But not only they are the only ones to influence a technological environment. We decided to make a list of seven top tech influencers to follow on Social Media.

Aaron Levie

An American entrepreneur. He is a co-founder and CEO of the Box, which is a cloud content management and file sharing service for businesses. Levie is definitely on the top of tech influencers. Around 2,5 mln users follow him on Twitter.

Tim O’ Reilly

A founder and CEO of the O’Reilly Media. A technical book publisher. He strongly recommends free software. He is told to introduce the term of Web 2.0. It means all the internet services where the most important role has the content created by users. On twitter Reilly is followed by about 1,81 mln.

Guy Kawasaki

Kawasaki specializes in marketing and he is an investor of Venture Capital in the Silicon Valley. In 1980s he is known to be working in the Apple, where he was responsible for the Macintosh promotion. He regularly tweets about tech news and has 1,44 mln followers.

Kara Swisher

She is referred to as a grumpy lady of tech. Swisher is a technology business journalist and a co- founder of the Recode (a technology news website). Previously she cooperated with The Wall Street Journal. On twitter her almost 1,3 mln users follow her.

Paul Graham

He is a founder of American seed accelerator Y combinator as well as the author of many programming books. On Twitter he has above 1 million followers.

Danny Sullivan

He is an American technologist, CCO at the Third Door Media and a co-founder of the Search Engine Land. His popularity at social media is constantly growing. Nowadays on Twitter Sullivan has above 0,5 mln followers.

David Heinemeier Hansson

A founder and CTO of the Basecamp. He is a creator of Ruby on Rails. David H. Hansson has also co-written the publications of the Agile Web Development with Rails. He is quite active on Twitter and has above 0,3 mln followers.
