💡 Project Description:

Our client is one of the leading financial services with an office located in Limassol, Cyprus. As one of the biggest banks in Asia, they are leading the financial sector in terms of innovation and future-proof IT products. This is an opportunity to join a highly specialized of Project Managers where your technical experience will intersect with financial projects such as wealth management or fund services. These projects are long-term and global.

In this position, your presence in the office is required every day during onboarding (first 3 months) - which is why we would like to extend to you a proposition of relocation to Limassol for 6 months. Embrace a perfect work-life balance and advance your career in this beautiful coastal city. Your move will be supported by our relocation package worth 2000 EUR.

Please note - we can relocate only candidates from the EU for this position.

Work Model: On location (5 days a week during onboarding, then 1-2 days/week)

📈 Your Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and oversee task management
• Ensure successful and timely delivery of change initiatives
• Maintain scope control, facilitate task execution, and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvements and provide constructive feedback
• Track completion of necessary project artifacts, such as risk assessments and design specifications
• Offer feedback to stakeholders and update project information in real-time
• Collaborate across departments to align projects with organizational goals
• Identify and manage risks, and take corrective actions as needed
• Safeguard the viability of the project vision and business case

🔑 Key Requirements:

• Four or more years of experience managing technical and/or business projects (preferably both!)
• Advanced English in speaking and writing (you will be working with international teams only)
• Strong familiarity with the technicalities of the software development processes as well as quality assurance processes
• Demonstrated history of efficiently overseeing and completing numerous projects on time, within defined scope and allocated budgets
• Proficient in drafting project plans, formulating project budgets, and outlining technical specifications.

➕ Nice to have: 

• Experience with the following: Agile, Lean, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
• Familiarity with Smartsheets, Jira and Confluence 
• PMP or Scrum/Agile certificates (or studying towards them) are a plus
