KRUG is a Krakow-based community of people coding in Ruby meeting monthly to share knowledge about programming with anyone interested. Codest decided to be a part of this wonderful association in order to grow and support programming locally and to intensify ties with other companies and programmers which we share common interests with.
The meetings are a great opportunity to exchange ideas, get to know some innovations, educate and help each other. We hosted a meeting on 19.01.2016 and Radoslaw, our Senior Ruby Programmer made a presentation about Benchmarking. He told us about specificity of performance in Ruby when you have to deal with it. The lecture informed about most common mistakes in benchmarking and how to avoid them. This presentation you can find below.
