Hur sv\u00e5rt \u00e4r det att hitta finansiering f\u00f6r att utveckla en s\u00e5dan verksamhet?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Jag tvekar att s\u00e4ga \"l\u00e4tt\" eftersom kapitalanskaffning aldrig \u00e4r l\u00e4tt, men investerarnas f\u00f6rtroende f\u00f6r PropTech \u00e4r mycket h\u00f6gt och pengar investeras med en viss l\u00e4tthet. Om du tillhandah\u00e5ller en h\u00e5rdvarul\u00f6sning, till exempel en kamera, kan det finnas mindre anledning att utveckla avancerad programvara \u00e4n om du till exempel har ett plattformserbjudande.<\/p>\n<p>Jag \u00e5terkommer till min synpunkt om att l\u00f6sa ett verkligt konsumentproblem. Om utveckling av programvara \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta, det mest anv\u00e4ndarv\u00e4nliga s\u00e4ttet att l\u00f6sa det problemet, ja, d\u00e5 \u00e4r det oumb\u00e4rligt att utveckla det. Om inte, d\u00e5 blir det mindre n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt att bygga sin egen programvara. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 v\u00e4rt att komma ih\u00e5g att det kan vara lika v\u00e4rdefullt att utveckla sin egen programvara som att samarbeta med ett annat f\u00f6retag som redan har utvecklat sin egen.
