Vad \u00e4r din roll p\u00e5 The Codest?<\/h2>\n

Jag \u00e4r ledare f\u00f6r ekonomienheten. Med andra ord ansvarar jag f\u00f6r den finansiella sidan av f\u00f6retaget genom att ha full kontroll \u00f6ver den budget som jag hanterar. Ut\u00f6ver det ansvarar jag f\u00f6r kundfaktureringsf\u00f6retagets backoffice och f\u00f6r att dokument cirkulerar korrekt.<\/p>\n

Hur b\u00f6rjade din resa med The Codest?<\/h2>\n

Jag letade efter en f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring och n\u00e5gra nya utmaningar. Min v\u00e4n skickade mig en annons av Back-office \/ Finance Specialist. Jag har best\u00e4mt mig f\u00f6r att ans\u00f6ka och se hur saker g\u00e5r. Tidigare arbetade jag strikt inom redovisningsomr\u00e5det och jag var s\u00e4ker p\u00e5 att jag inte l\u00e4ngre ville forts\u00e4tta min karri\u00e4rpl\u00e5ster i den riktningen. Vid den tiden var den tj\u00e4nst som erbj\u00f6ds av Codest<\/strong> verkade vara en perfekt matchning f\u00f6r mig eftersom det fortfarande var kopplat till ekonomi och gav mig mer sj\u00e4lvst\u00e4ndighet. <\/p>\n

Hur har du kunnat utveckla din karri\u00e4r p\u00e5 The Codest?<\/h2>\n

S\u00e5 h\u00e4r i efterhand har jag f\u00e5tt intrycket att \"allt\" l\u00f6ste sig p\u00e5 n\u00e5got s\u00e4tt. Men vid n\u00e4rmare eftertanke visade det sig att ju mer jag visade upp och ut\u00f6kade mina finansiella kunskaper, desto mer intressanta och ansvarsfulla arbetsuppgifter fick jag. Med tiden blev det sv\u00e5rt att f\u00f6rena de tv\u00e5 rollerna, backoffice och ekonomi, med varandra. Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte lyssna p\u00e5 mig sj\u00e4lv och best\u00e4mde mig f\u00f6r att finans \u00e4r n\u00e5got jag verkligen gillar och vill fokusera mest p\u00e5. <\/p>\n

I det l\u00e4get gick vi vidare och best\u00e4mde oss f\u00f6r att l\u00e4gga till en ny backoffice-specialist till min enhet s\u00e5 att jag kunde fokusera fullt ut p\u00e5 det som intresserade mig mest - den finansiella sidan av f\u00f6retaget. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 s\u00e4tt kan jag utveckla min kompetens inom de omr\u00e5den som \u00e4r viktiga f\u00f6r mig.<\/p>\n

Vad \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta med ditt jobb?<\/h2>\n

F\u00f6rr i tiden skulle jag ha skrattat \u00e5t det svaret, men nu \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta med mitt jobb f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring. Tv\u00e4rtemot vad man kan tro finns det ingen tristess i finansbranschen och man kan alltid se n\u00e5got intressant! Vi kan alla m\u00f6ta tristess i v\u00e5rt dagliga arbete. F\u00f6r vissa \u00e4r det ett neutralt tillst\u00e5nd som de inte tycker \u00e4r problematiskt. Men f\u00f6r mig inneb\u00e4r st\u00e4ndig f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring framsteg och det \u00e4r det som g\u00f6r att jag k\u00e4nner mig n\u00f6jd med mitt arbete. Jag uppskattar ocks\u00e5 det faktum att jag sj\u00e4lv organiserar mitt arbete och samarbetar med alla avdelningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6retaget.<\/p>\n

Vad har hj\u00e4lpt dig att utm\u00e4rka dig som finanschef genom \u00e5ren?<\/h2>\n

Jag skulle s\u00e4ga att det \u00e4r till stor hj\u00e4lp i den h\u00e4r rollen att vara v\u00e4lorganiserad och noggrann. Det viktigaste \u00e4r att agera steg f\u00f6r steg och att ha ett analytiskt t\u00e4nkande. Ibland vet jag redan vad konsekvenserna blir och vad som \u00e4r den b\u00e4sta l\u00f6sningen i det \u00f6gonblicket innan jag uttrycker min \u00e5sikt om problemet. Jag f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker alltid ta ett steg tillbaka och titta p\u00e5 vissa aspekter ur flera olika perspektiv f\u00f6r att vara medveten om vad som kan h\u00e4nda h\u00e4rn\u00e4st. Det \u00e4r det som g\u00f6r det s\u00e5 mycket enklare att vara ledare.<\/p>\n

Vilken \u00e4r din st\u00f6rsta styrka i karri\u00e4ren?<\/h2>\n

Min st\u00f6rsta f\u00f6rdel \u00e4r att jag \u00e4r snabbl\u00e4rd. Jag tror ocks\u00e5 att jag kan bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5 mitt yrke genom att skaffa mig ny kunskap p\u00e5 egen hand. Det kan vara utmanande och mer tidskr\u00e4vande, men det finns inget mer tillfredsst\u00e4llande \u00e4n att oms\u00e4tta ny kunskap i praktiken och se hur det fungerar. Jag tycker verkligen om att l\u00e4ra mig nya saker eftersom det st\u00e4rker mig och \u00f6kar mitt sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rtroende, vilket \u00e4r en av de viktigaste sakerna f\u00f6r att lyckas i alla karri\u00e4rer.<\/p>\n

Vilka \u00e4r de mest utmanande aspekterna av ditt jobb? Och hur \u00f6vervinner du dem?<\/h2>\n

I vissa fall kan det vara f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringshastigheten - eftersom vi utvecklas snabbt m\u00e5ste jag h\u00e5lla mig p\u00e5 topp f\u00f6r att alltid se till att allt g\u00e5r enligt plan. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r f\u00f6rs\u00f6ker jag, som jag n\u00e4mnde tidigare, att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 saker ur olika perspektiv och se p\u00e5 nyheter i f\u00f6retaget fr\u00e5n olika vinklar f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rutse vad som \u00e4r det b\u00e4sta n\u00e4sta steget. Den andra saken kan vara d\u00e5lig kommunikation, men \u00e4rligt talat tror jag att jag med en god intuition och tack vare att jag k\u00e4nner den h\u00e4r organisationen b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n min egen hand l\u00e4tt kan s\u00e4ga att det \u00e4r en fr\u00e5ga som kan l\u00f6sas snabbt. <\/p>\n
