F\u00f6r detta \u00e4ndam\u00e5l var vi tvungna att specificera de v\u00e4rden som vi identifierar oss med, klarg\u00f6ra visionen och s\u00e4tta upp m\u00e5len.<\/p>\n<p>Att analysera v\u00e5ra konkurrenter och g\u00f6ra benchmarking har utan tvekan hj\u00e4lpt oss i denna process. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/careers\">Visionen av The Codest<\/a><\/strong> snabbt klargjordes i v\u00e5ra sinnen, och dess \u00f6verordnade v\u00e4rde var att ta hand om h\u00f6gkvalitativa <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/sv\/dictionary\/what-is-code-refactoring\/\">kod<\/a>. F\u00f6r n\u00e5gra m\u00e5nader sedan samlade vi alla nyckelpersoner i v\u00e5rt f\u00f6retag vid ett bord (C-niv\u00e5er, utvecklare, PM:s, designers, s\u00e4ljare). Vi ville prata om v\u00e5r framtid tillsammans. Alla kunde kommentera och s\u00e4ga \"nej\" om de inte gillade en id\u00e9. Vi str\u00e4vade efter att hela rebrandingprocessen skulle vara transparent och i linje med v\u00e5rt f\u00f6retags \u00f6vertygelser och v\u00e4rderingar fr\u00e5n b\u00f6rjan till slut. Det var ett viktigt steg eftersom vi m\u00e4rkte att varje person tidigare hade uppfattat v\u00e5rt varum\u00e4rke p\u00e5 olika s\u00e4tt. Det var inkonsekvent, s\u00e5 vi var tvungna att utveckla det h\u00e4r konceptet f\u00f6r rebrandingprocessen.<\/p>\n<p>Det inledande arbetet utf\u00f6rdes med hj\u00e4lp av verkstadsmetoden. Vi anv\u00e4nde oss av en typisk <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/sv\/blog\/enhance-your-application-with-professional-ux-auditing\/\">UX<\/a> d\u00e4r vi inh\u00e4mtade information genom workshops och modererade diskussioner. Vi har f\u00f6rs\u00f6kt f\u00f6rst\u00e5 hur v\u00e5ra m\u00e5lgrupper uppfattar v\u00e5rt varum\u00e4rke. Tack vare analysen av konkurrensen har vi utvecklat v\u00e4rderingar som st\u00e4mmer \u00f6verens med v\u00e5ra \u00f6vertygelser och som kan presentera v\u00e5rt varum\u00e4rke p\u00e5 ett attraktivt s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/clutch.co\/profile\/codest\">Kundernas \u00e5sikter<\/a><\/strong> var utan tvekan en viktig punkt i dessa analyser. Vi fr\u00e5gade v\u00e5ra partners hur de ser p\u00e5 v\u00e5rt f\u00f6retag och vad de uppfattar som v\u00e5ra styrkor och svagheter. Deras feedback var verkligen intressant! Slutsatserna st\u00e4rkte p\u00e5 s\u00e4tt och vis v\u00e5r \u00f6vertygelse om att kunderna uppskattar v\u00e5rt engagemang i projekten, v\u00e5r expertis och kunskap, liksom den <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/sv\/blog\/how-to-implement-agile-methodology\/\">Agil<\/a> f\u00f6rh\u00e5llningss\u00e4tt. V\u00e5ra respondenter betonade ocks\u00e5 vikten av erfarenhet inom specifika <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/sv\/dictionary\/what-is-the-size-of-your-potential-reachable-market\/\">marknad<\/a> segment - till exempel inom utveckling av mjukvaruprodukter f\u00f6r <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/sv\/blog\/banks-go-high-tech-unravel-fraud-with-machine-learning\/\">fintech<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/sv\/blog\/top-programming-languages-to-build-e-commerce\/\">e-handel<\/a>, eller <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/sv\/blog\/designing-a-scalable-saas-platform-for-future-growth\/\">SaaS<\/a> f\u00f6retag.<\/p>\n<p>Slutresultatet av v\u00e5r forskning, v\u00e5ra diskussioner, analyser och benchmarks blev en enhetlig vision av The Codest som var och en av oss kan identifiera sig med. Under hela processen r\u00e5dfr\u00e5gade vi <a href=\"https:\/\/identitydesigned.com\/ibra\/\">IBRAs institut f\u00f6r varum\u00e4rkesprofilering<\/a>. N\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller design och val av spr\u00e5k f\u00f6r visuell kommunikation, kan v\u00e5r v\u00e4nliga designstudio <a href=\"https:\/\/lenivastudio.com\/\">Leniva<\/a> - hj\u00e4lpte oss. L\u00e5t oss prata om det just nu!<\/p>\n<h2>Andra steget i omprofileringen: Design och grafiska element<\/h2>\n<p>I detta skede \u00e4r v\u00e5r <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/sv\/dictionary\/how-to-make-product\/\">Produkt<\/a> designers <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/sv\/blog\/how-to-hire-the-best-outsourced-development-team-for-a-scaleup\/\">Team<\/a> kom in i bilden eftersom deras uppgift var att ta fram viktiga visuella element som skulle ligga till grund f\u00f6r v\u00e5r webbplatsdesign. Det b\u00f6rjade med en analys av det visuella kommunikationsspr\u00e5ket hos v\u00e5ra konkurrenter - fr\u00e5n f\u00e4rgpaletter och former till den vokabul\u00e4r som vi anv\u00e4nder.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vi f\u00f6rs\u00f6kte hitta intressanta knep som hj\u00e4lpte oss att j\u00e4mna ut de v\u00e4rden som The Codest identifierar sig b\u00e4ttre med. Vi letade efter n\u00e5got som kunde g\u00f6ra oss annorlunda. Ett varum\u00e4rke m\u00e5ste ju trots allt ha sitt eget k\u00e4nnetecken, eller hur?<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e5r nyckelbild var iterativ. Intressant nog var det bara den sjunde som presenterades <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/sv\/dictionary\/why-do-projects-fail\/\">projekt<\/a> var den r\u00e4tta. Under tiden d\u00f6k det upp olika id\u00e9er som vi antingen f\u00f6rkastade eller verifierade f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 den \u00f6nskade effekten.<\/p>\n<p>Som en del av det andra steget fastst\u00e4llde vi ocks\u00e5 fl\u00f6det p\u00e5 v\u00e5r webbplats n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller den konverteringsv\u00e4g och informationsarkitektur som vi ville f\u00f6rmedla. Det var bland annat s\u00e5 id\u00e9n om att skapa tv\u00e5 playbooks f\u00f6ddes. Vi ville presentera The Codest i en form som \u00e4r tillg\u00e4nglig f\u00f6r m\u00e5lgrupperna - kunder och potentiella medarbetare - d\u00e4rav de aff\u00e4rsm\u00e4ssiga och tekniska playbooken.<\/p>\n<p>Vi har ocks\u00e5 definierat specifika konverteringsv\u00e4gar som fl\u00f6det p\u00e5 webbplatsen f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande baseras p\u00e5. Naturligtvis var det n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndigt f\u00f6r formgivarna att samarbeta med copywriters f\u00f6r att skapa inneh\u00e5ll som \u00f6verensst\u00e4mmer med v\u00e5r nya varum\u00e4rkesidentitet.<\/p>\n<p>Den andra etappen avslutades med att hemsidans design f\u00e4rdigst\u00e4lldes. Jag m\u00e5ste erk\u00e4nna att vi \u00e4r mycket n\u00f6jda med resultatet. Vi tillbringade m\u00e5nga timmar p\u00e5 processen, men det var v\u00e4rt det!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/contact\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/cta_2.jpeg\" alt=\"Konsultation inom digital produktutveckling\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>3:e steget i omprofileringen: Implementering\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>Vi valde en teknikstack som vi grundade byggandet av v\u00e5r webbplats p\u00e5. Vi best\u00e4mde oss f\u00f6r att kombinationen av Nuxt och Netlify skulle passa v\u00e5ra behov b\u00e4st. Naturligtvis var vi tvungna att ta hand om <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/sv\/blog\/app-data-collection-security-risks-value-and-types-explored\/\">data<\/a> migrering, omdirigeringar och SEO.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hela processen genomf\u00f6rdes i enlighet med Agile-metoden. Vi implementerade den nya webbplatsen stegvis. Det \u00e4r v\u00e4rt att till\u00e4gga h\u00e4r att omprofileringen av webbplatsen bara \u00e4r en del av implementeringsfasen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vi f\u00f6rberedde oss ocks\u00e5 n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller kommunikation f\u00f6r att uppdatera v\u00e5ra profiler i sociala medier, ut\u00f6ka v\u00e5r identifiering i de nya medierna och ta fram l\u00e4mpligt material. Vi arbetade intensivt med att skapa en promovideo, som \u00e4r v\u00e5rt skyltf\u00f6nster. Du kan se effekterna h\u00e4r. Vi kallar det v\u00e5r lilla <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/sv\/dictionary\/how-to-build-an-mvp\/\">MVP<\/a> \ud83d\ude42\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Men nu har vi fler utmaningar framf\u00f6r oss! Vi har f\u00f6r avsikt att utveckla v\u00e5rt varum\u00e4rke inom alla omr\u00e5den - fr\u00e5n webbplatsen till b\u00e4ttre exponering av v\u00e5ra v\u00e4rderingar och erk\u00e4nnande av varum\u00e4rket The Codest. Vi har allt planerat och v\u00e5rt team \u00e4r redo!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Det r\u00e5der ingen tvekan om att hela rebrandingprocessen gav oss mycket tillfredsst\u00e4llelse.
