Para o efeito, tivemos de especificar os valores com os quais nos identificamos, clarificar a vis\u00e3o e definir os objectivos.<\/p>\n<p>A an\u00e1lise da nossa concorr\u00eancia e o benchmarking ajudaram-nos, sem d\u00favida, neste processo. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/careers\">A vis\u00e3o do The Codest<\/a><\/strong> rapidamente clarificado no nosso esp\u00edrito, sendo o seu valor primordial o cuidado com a qualidade <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/pt\/dictionary\/what-is-code-refactoring\/\">c\u00f3digo<\/a>. \u00c9 a nossa forma de nos distinguirmos das outras empresas de software. H\u00e1 alguns meses, reunimos todos os funcion\u00e1rios-chave da nossa empresa numa mesa (C-levels, programadores, PMs, designers, vendedores). Quer\u00edamos falar sobre o nosso futuro em conjunto. Todos podiam comentar e dizer \"n\u00e3o\" se n\u00e3o gostassem de uma ideia. Esfor\u00e7\u00e1mo-nos por tornar todo o processo de rebranding transparente e em linha com as nossas cren\u00e7as e valores empresariais do in\u00edcio ao fim. Foi uma fase importante porque repar\u00e1mos que antes cada pessoa tinha uma perce\u00e7\u00e3o diferente da nossa marca. Era inconsistente, pelo que tivemos de desenvolver este conceito para o processo de rebranding.<\/p>\n<p>O trabalho inicial foi efectuado atrav\u00e9s do m\u00e9todo de oficina. Utiliz\u00e1mos uma <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/pt\/blog\/enhance-your-application-with-professional-ux-auditing\/\">UX<\/a> abordagem, na qual obtivemos informa\u00e7\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s de workshops e discuss\u00f5es moderadas. Tent\u00e1mos compreender a perce\u00e7\u00e3o da nossa marca nos nossos grupos-alvo. Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 an\u00e1lise da concorr\u00eancia, desenvolvemos valores que s\u00e3o consistentes com as nossas cren\u00e7as e que podem apresentar a nossa marca de uma forma atractiva.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/clutch.co\/profile\/codest\">Opini\u00f5es dos clientes<\/a><\/strong> foram, sem d\u00favida, um ponto importante nestas an\u00e1lises. Vamos falar sobre isso agora mesmo!<\/p>\n<h2>Segunda fase do rebranding: Design e elementos visuais chave<\/h2>\n<p>Nesta fase, o nosso <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/pt\/dictionary\/how-to-make-product\/\">produto<\/a> designers <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/pt\/blog\/how-to-hire-the-best-outsourced-development-team-for-a-scaleup\/\">equipa<\/a> entrou em cena, uma vez que a sua tarefa consistia em desenvolver elementos visuais fundamentais que constitu\u00edssem uma base para o design do nosso s\u00edtio Web. Come\u00e7ou com a an\u00e1lise da linguagem de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o visual da nossa concorr\u00eancia - desde as paletas de cores, passando pelas formas, at\u00e9 ao vocabul\u00e1rio que utilizamos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Tent\u00e1mos encontrar truques interessantes que nos ajudassem a uniformizar os valores com os quais o The Codest se identifica melhor. Est\u00e1vamos \u00e0 procura de algo que nos pudesse tornar diferentes. Afinal de contas, uma marca deve ter a sua pr\u00f3pria marca, certo?<\/p>\n<p>O nosso principal elemento visual era a itera\u00e7\u00e3o. Curiosamente, apenas o s\u00e9timo apresentou <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/pt\/dictionary\/why-do-projects-fail\/\">projeto<\/a> era a correta. Entretanto, surgiram v\u00e1rias ideias que rejeit\u00e1mos ou verific\u00e1mos para obter o efeito desejado.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte da segunda fase, determin\u00e1mos tamb\u00e9m o fluxo do nosso s\u00edtio Web em termos do caminho de convers\u00e3o e da arquitetura de informa\u00e7\u00e3o que quer\u00edamos transmitir. Foi assim que nasceu, entre outras coisas, o conceito de criar dois livros de jogo. Quer\u00edamos apresentar o The Codest de uma forma acess\u00edvel aos grupos-alvo - clientes e potenciais colaboradores - da\u00ed os manuais comerciais e t\u00e9cnicos.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9m definimos caminhos de convers\u00e3o espec\u00edficos nos quais se baseia atualmente o fluxo do s\u00edtio Web. Naturalmente, foi necess\u00e1rio que os designers colaborassem com os redactores para criar conte\u00fados coerentes com a nossa nova identidade de marca.<\/p>\n<p>A segunda fase terminou com a finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do design do s\u00edtio Web. Tenho de admitir que estamos muito satisfeitos com os resultados. Decidimos que a combina\u00e7\u00e3o do Nuxt e do Netlify seria a mais adequada \u00e0s nossas necessidades. Naturalmente, tivemos de ter em conta <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/pt\/blog\/app-data-collection-security-risks-value-and-types-explored\/\">dados<\/a> migra\u00e7\u00e3o, redireccionamentos e SEO.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Todo o processo foi efectuado de acordo com a abordagem Agile. Implement\u00e1mos o novo s\u00edtio Web por fases. Vale a pena acrescentar aqui que o rebranding do s\u00edtio Web \u00e9 apenas uma parte da fase de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e1vamos tamb\u00e9m a preparar-nos em termos de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o para atualizar os nossos perfis nas redes sociais, alargar a nossa identifica\u00e7\u00e3o nos novos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e desenvolver materiais adequados.
