For \u00e5 oppn\u00e5 dette m\u00e5tte vi spesifisere hvilke verdier vi identifiserer oss med, tydeliggj\u00f8re visjonen og sette oss m\u00e5l.<\/p>\n<p>Konkurranseanalyser og benchmarking har utvilsomt hjulpet oss i denne prosessen. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/careers\">Visjonen til The Codest<\/a><\/strong> raskt avklart i v\u00e5re hoder, med den overordnede verdien \u00e5 ta vare p\u00e5 h\u00f8ykvalitets <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/dictionary\/what-is-code-refactoring\/\">kode<\/a>. Det er v\u00e5r m\u00e5te \u00e5 skille oss ut fra andre programvarehus p\u00e5. Vi lurte p\u00e5 hvordan vi kunne unng\u00e5 at kundene v\u00e5re skulle oppfatte disse ordene som slagord, og oppn\u00e5 det motsatte. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/our-code\">f\u00e5 dem til \u00e5 f\u00f8le den reelle verdien og kvaliteten som The Codest-teamet kan tilf\u00f8re hvert prosjekt<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Hvordan utviklet vi visjonen v\u00e5r for rebrandingen? For noen m\u00e5neder siden samlet vi alle n\u00f8kkelmedarbeiderne i selskapet v\u00e5rt rundt ett bord (C-niv\u00e5, utviklere, prosjektledere, designere, selgere). Vi \u00f8nsket \u00e5 snakke om fremtiden v\u00e5r sammen. Alle kunne kommentere og si \"nei\" hvis de ikke likte en id\u00e9. Vi bestrebet oss p\u00e5 \u00e5 gj\u00f8re hele rebranding-prosessen transparent og i tr\u00e5d med bedriftens overbevisninger og verdier fra start til slutt. Det var en viktig fase, for vi merket at hver enkelt person oppfattet merkevaren v\u00e5r forskjellig f\u00f8r. Den var inkonsekvent, og derfor m\u00e5tte vi utvikle dette konseptet for rebrandingprosessen.<\/p>\n<p>Det innledende arbeidet ble utf\u00f8rt ved hjelp av verkstedmetoden. Vi brukte en typisk <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/blog\/enhance-your-application-with-professional-ux-auditing\/\">UX<\/a> Vi brukte en metodisk tiln\u00e6rming, der vi innhentet informasjon gjennom workshops og modererte diskusjoner. Vi fors\u00f8kte \u00e5 forst\u00e5 hvordan m\u00e5lgruppene v\u00e5re oppfatter merkevaren v\u00e5r. Vi spurte partnerne v\u00e5re om hvordan de vurderer selskapet v\u00e5rt, og hva de oppfatter som v\u00e5re styrker og svakheter. Tilbakemeldingene deres var virkelig interessante! Konklusjonene styrket p\u00e5 sett og vis v\u00e5r tro p\u00e5 at kundene setter stor pris p\u00e5 v\u00e5rt engasjement for prosjektene, v\u00e5r ekspertise og kunnskap, samt den <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/blog\/how-to-implement-agile-methodology\/\">Smidig<\/a> tiln\u00e6rming. V\u00e5re respondenter la ogs\u00e5 vekt p\u00e5 viktigheten av erfaring innen spesifikke <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/dictionary\/what-is-the-size-of-your-potential-reachable-market\/\">marked<\/a> segmenter - for eksempel innen utvikling av programvareprodukter for <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/blog\/banks-go-high-tech-unravel-fraud-with-machine-learning\/\">fintech<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/blog\/top-programming-languages-to-build-e-commerce\/\">e-handel<\/a>, eller <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/blog\/designing-a-scalable-saas-platform-for-future-growth\/\">SaaS<\/a> selskaper.<\/p>\n<p>Det endelige resultatet av v\u00e5re unders\u00f8kelser, diskusjoner, analyser og benchmarks ble en felles visjon for The Codest som vi alle kan identifisere oss med. N\u00e5r det gjelder design og valg av spr\u00e5k for visuell kommunikasjon, er v\u00e5rt vennlige designstudio - ... <a href=\"https:\/\/lenivastudio.com\/\">Leniva<\/a> - hjalp oss. La oss snakke om det n\u00e5!<\/p>\n<h2>Andre fase av rebrandingen: Design og n\u00f8kkelbilder<\/h2>\n<p>P\u00e5 dette stadiet er v\u00e5r <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/dictionary\/how-to-make-product\/\">produkt<\/a> designere <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/blog\/how-to-hire-the-best-outsourced-development-team-for-a-scaleup\/\">team<\/a> kom inn p\u00e5 scenen da de fikk i oppgave \u00e5 utvikle n\u00f8kkelbilder som skulle danne grunnlaget for utformingen av nettstedet v\u00e5rt. Det begynte med en analyse av det visuelle kommunikasjonsspr\u00e5ket til konkurrentene v\u00e5re - fra fargepaletter, via former til vokabularet vi bruker.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vi pr\u00f8vde \u00e5 finne interessante triks som kunne hjelpe oss med \u00e5 jevne ut verdiene som The Codest identifiserer bedre. Vi lette etter noe som kunne gj\u00f8re oss annerledes. Et varemerke m\u00e5 jo tross alt ha sitt eget kjennetegn, ikke sant?<\/p>\n<p>N\u00f8kkelvisualet v\u00e5rt var iterativt. Interessant nok var det bare den syvende som ble presentert <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/dictionary\/why-do-projects-fail\/\">prosjekt<\/a> var den rette. I mellomtiden dukket det opp ulike ideer som vi enten forkastet eller verifiserte for \u00e5 f\u00e5 den \u00f8nskede effekten.<\/p>\n<p>Som en del av den andre fasen bestemte vi ogs\u00e5 flyten p\u00e5 nettstedet v\u00e5rt med tanke p\u00e5 konverteringsveien og informasjonsarkitekturen som vi \u00f8nsket \u00e5 formidle. Det var blant annet slik konseptet med \u00e5 lage to playbooks ble f\u00f8dt. Vi \u00f8nsket \u00e5 presentere The Codest i en form som er tilgjengelig for m\u00e5lgruppene - kunder og potensielle medarbeidere - derav de forretningsmessige og tekniske playbookene.<\/p>\n<p>Vi har ogs\u00e5 definert spesifikke konverteringsveier som flyten p\u00e5 nettstedet n\u00e5 er basert p\u00e5. Designerne m\u00e5tte selvf\u00f8lgelig samarbeide med tekstforfattere for \u00e5 skape innhold som er i tr\u00e5d med den nye merkevareidentiteten v\u00e5r.<\/p>\n<p>Den andre fasen ble avsluttet med ferdigstillelsen av nettsidedesignet. Jeg m\u00e5 innr\u00f8mme at vi er veldig forn\u00f8yde med resultatet. Vi brukte mange timer p\u00e5 prosessen, men det var verdt det!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/contact\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/cta_2.jpeg\" alt=\"R\u00e5dgivning innen digital produktutvikling\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>3. trinn i omprofileringen: Implementering\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>Vi valgte en teknologistack som vi baserte oppbyggingen av nettstedet v\u00e5rt p\u00e5. Vi bestemte oss for at kombinasjonen av Nuxt og Netlify ville passe v\u00e5re behov best. Vi m\u00e5tte selvf\u00f8lgelig ta hensyn til <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/blog\/app-data-collection-security-risks-value-and-types-explored\/\">data<\/a> migrering, viderekoblinger og SEO.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Hele prosessen ble gjennomf\u00f8rt i samsvar med Agile-metoden. Vi implementerte det nye nettstedet trinnvis. Det er verdt \u00e5 legge til at omprofileringen av nettstedet bare er en del av implementeringsfasen.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Vi forberedte oss ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 kommunikasjonssiden for \u00e5 oppdatere profilene v\u00e5re i sosiale medier, utvide identifikasjonen v\u00e5r i de nye mediene og utvikle egnet materiale. Vi jobbet intensivt med \u00e5 lage en promovideo, som er v\u00e5rt utstillingsvindu. Du kan se effekten her. Vi h\u00e5per dere liker den \ud83d\ude42 \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n<h2>Dette er bare begynnelsen p\u00e5 veien!<\/h2>\n<p>Takket v\u00e6re mange ukers hardt arbeid har vi fullf\u00f8rt omprofileringsprosessen. Vi kaller det v\u00e5r lille <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/dictionary\/how-to-build-an-mvp\/\">MVP<\/a> \ud83d\ude42\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Men n\u00e5 har vi flere utfordringer foran oss! Vi har til hensikt \u00e5 utvikle merkevaren v\u00e5r p\u00e5 alle omr\u00e5der - fra nettstedet til bedre eksponering av verdiene v\u00e5re og anerkjennelse av merkevaren The Codest. Vi har planlagt alt, og teamet v\u00e5rt er klart!\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Det er ingen tvil om at hele omprofileringsprosessen har gitt oss stor tilfredsstillelse.
