Lurer du p\u00e5 om en hybrid av fossefall og smidig tiln\u00e6rming er en god l\u00f8sning for prosjektet ditt, eller om det snarere er et skjult problem? Slik jeg ser det, avhenger det av prosjekttypen og forholdet til kundene dine. Jeg tror at hvis du setter opp forst\u00e5elige regler for en slik hybridl\u00f8sning, vil du ha en sjanse til \u00e5 lykkes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Agile og fossefallshybrid i programvareutvikling<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hvis jeg m\u00e5 velge mellom Agile og Waterfall, ville jeg ut fra min personlige erfaring definitivt valgt Agile. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/hello-world\/\"><strong>Vi har brukt denne tiln\u00e6rmingen i Codest i mange \u00e5r, og jeg kan si at den fungerer veldig bra<\/strong><\/a>. Fossefall brukes fortsatt av mange ledere som \u00f8nsker \u00e5 v\u00e6re kjent med dokumentasjonen og holde seg til den helt fra starten av prosjektet. S\u00e5 hvordan er det mulig \u00e5 kombinere begge tiln\u00e6rmingene? Du m\u00e5 fokusere p\u00e5 de viktigste fordelene med Agile og Waterfall. La meg gi deg et eksempel. I l\u00f8pet av prosjektet kan vi holde oss til den tidligere spesifiserte dokumentasjonen, men hybridtiln\u00e6rmingen gir oss mulighet til \u00e5 v\u00e6re fleksible og justere om n\u00f8dvendig. V\u00e6r derfor oppmerksom p\u00e5 kvaliteten p\u00e5 kommunikasjonen med kunden. En av dem er mangelen p\u00e5 presise avtaler om hvor mye henholdsvis Agile og Waterfall skal brukes. Mangelen p\u00e5 klare regler kan senere f\u00f8re til misforst\u00e5elser. Derfor vil jeg nok en gang understreke betydningen av kommunikasjon med kunden. N\u00e5r du utvikler programvareprodukter, m\u00e5 kundene dine forst\u00e5 at det er umulig \u00e5 planlegge alt fra begynnelse til slutt. Hvis du informerer kunden om at det kan oppst\u00e5 avvik knyttet til den underliggende dokumentasjonen i l\u00f8pet av prosjektet, og kunden respekterer dette fullt ut, har du gode muligheter for \u00e5 lykkes. Kort sagt m\u00e5 begge parter erkjenne sine behov og tilpasse seg hverandres arbeidsstiler.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hybridl\u00f8sning i praksis<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>For \u00e5 tydeliggj\u00f8re mitt synspunkt vil jeg vise deg hvordan kombinasjonen av Agile og Waterfall kan fungere i praksis. For en tid tilbake jobbet vi med en kunde som sterkt foretrakk fossefallstiln\u00e6rmingen. Vi hadde ikke regelmessige samtaler, noe som gjorde samarbeidet sv\u00e6rt vanskelig. Dessuten visste vi ikke om vi utviklet prosjektet i henhold til kundens \u00f8nsker og faktisk innfridde forventningene. P\u00e5 et tidspunkt ble det besluttet \u00e5 koble sammen Waterfall og Agile. Vi kontaktet kunden og presenterte situasjonen og v\u00e5re synspunkter p\u00e5 saken. Vi forklarte hvorfor det er fornuftig \u00e5 bruke Agile, og hvordan det kan hjelpe oss. Jeg kan forsikre deg om at hybridl\u00f8sningen i dette tilfellet var en god id\u00e9, og at prosjektet ble fullf\u00f8rt med suksess.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nysgjerrige fakta om hybridl\u00f8sningen Agile og Waterfall<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Jeg kom nylig over en sv\u00e6rt interessant studie som presenterer ledernes bruk av individuelle prosjektstyringsmetoder. Det viser seg at prediktiv ledelse fortsatt brukes oftest, siden s\u00e5 mange som 47% av respondentene var for dette alternativet. Agile kom p\u00e5 andreplass med 23%.
