Krisen har endret forbrukernes tiln\u00e6rming til shopping. Som et resultat viste det seg at n\u00e5r det gjelder levering av dagligvarer:<\/p>\n

- 14% av forbrukerne brukte dagligvareleveringstjenester for f\u00f8rste gang,<\/p>\n

- 13% av forbrukerne har \u00f8kt frekvensen de bruker disse tjenestene med,<\/p>\n

- 25% har ikke benyttet seg av dagligvareleveringstjenester og har heller ingen planer om \u00e5 gj\u00f8re det.<\/p>\n

Det er interessant \u00e5 merke seg at BOPIS-l\u00f8sninger (Buy Online Pick Up in Store) blir stadig mer popul\u00e6re:<\/p>\n

- 10% av forbrukerne pr\u00f8vde BOPIS for f\u00f8rste gang,<\/p>\n

- 13% av forbrukerne \u00f8kte frekvensen av bruk av BOPIS-l\u00f8sninger,<\/p>\n

- 24% av forbrukerne har ikke brukt BOPIS og har heller ikke planer om \u00e5 gj\u00f8re det.<\/p>\n
