Konvensjonen ble oppfunnet av Charles Simonyi, en ungarskf\u00f8dt <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/blog\/whats-the-difference-between-software-engineer-and-software-architect\/\">programvareingeni\u00f8r<\/a> som jobbet i Microsoft Corporation p\u00e5 1980-tallet. Notasjonen ble opprinnelig utviklet for \u00e5 hjelpe Simonyi og kollegene hans med \u00e5 skrive <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/nb\/dictionary\/what-is-code-refactoring\/\">kode<\/a> for de f\u00f8rste versjonene av Microsoft Word.<\/p>\n<p>Den grunnleggende ideen bak ungarsk notasjon er \u00e5 legge til et prefiks til navnet p\u00e5 en variabel som angir datatypen.
