Il significato di costruire fiducia e curare le relazioni commerciali<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Tutti intorno noi<\/a> si chiede cosa porter\u00e0 la crisi causata dalla COVID-19. Le aziende di molti settori licenziano i propri dipendenti alla ricerca di risparmi. Molte aziende del settore IT hanno dovuto fare questa mossa. La situazione \u00e8 difficile, dobbiamo essere onesti. Nessuno pensava, qualche mese fa, che il fiorente settore dell'IT mercato<\/a> cambier\u00e0 in modo cos\u00ec radicale.<\/p>\n

Credo che questa volta sia una lezione preziosa per tutti. In tempi di crisi, le aziende devono guardare avanti ai loro partner commerciali. Devono guadagnarsi la fiducia delle relazioni gi\u00e0 consolidate ed essere aperte a nuove opportunit\u00e0. Se non si \u00e8 in grado di adattarsi, si perder\u00e0, perch\u00e9 solo i giocatori forti e intelligenti potranno sopravvivere. Molte aziende (non solo quelle informatiche) devono cambiare in modo significativo il loro attuale modello di business. Il mercato \u00e8 gi\u00e0 diverso ora e continuer\u00e0 a cambiare.<\/p>\n

Personalmente, credo che la chiave sia mantenere la fiducia e la qualit\u00e0 della collaborazione con i clienti. Le aziende hanno bisogno di veri partner commerciali, non di quelli che vogliono guadagnare a tutti i costi. Le relazioni commerciali sono e saranno pi\u00f9 importanti che mai. \u00c8 l'unico modo per mantenere la stabilit\u00e0 e aprirsi a nuove opportunit\u00e0 commerciali.<\/p>\n

La fine del mercato dei dipendenti: vero o falso?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u00c8 una domanda interessante, poich\u00e9 molti esperti prevedono che il mercato cambier\u00e0 a tal punto che i dipendenti non saranno pi\u00f9 in grado di stabilire le proprie condizioni. Gli stipendi cambieranno e le aziende sceglieranno solo i migliori professionisti per la collaborazione. Potrebbe esserci qualcosa di vero, anche se molto dipende dal settore di attivit\u00e0.<\/p>\n

Nel caso del Industria IT<\/a>Sono certo che le aziende avranno la possibilit\u00e0 di creare marchi ancora pi\u00f9 forti grazie alla maggiore disponibilit\u00e0 di specialisti. Naturalmente, se riusciranno a superare questo periodo difficile. In questo modo, dimostreranno la loro forte posizione sul mercato e diventeranno un partner ancora pi\u00f9 affidabile.<\/p>\n

Il reclutamento di personale informatico diventer\u00e0 pi\u00f9 comodo dal punto di vista del datore di lavoro. Tuttavia, non voglio dire che gli specialisti IT ne risentiranno. Penso che il mercato continuer\u00e0 a offrire loro interessanti opportunit\u00e0 di lavoro. Tuttavia, avranno bisogno di una maggiore comprensione delle capacit\u00e0 del datore di lavoro. Le aziende risentiranno per mesi degli effetti dell'attuale crisi.<\/p>\n

\u00c8 tempo di IT Business 2.0.<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Alcune aziende hanno preso la decisione migliore durante una crisi: rischiare molto e guadagnare molto. Sottolineo ancora una volta che la crisi \u00e8 un'opportunit\u00e0 per la vostra azienda di diventare ancora pi\u00f9 forte. \u00c8 il momento di mettere in pratica le idee, non di creare inutili bozze.
