Occasionalmente, gli approcci Agile e Waterfall possono essere combinati. Vi state chiedendo se un approccio ibrido Waterfall e Agile sia una buona soluzione per il vostro progetto o piuttosto un problema nascosto? Dal mio punto di vista, dipende dal tipo di progetto e dai rapporti con i clienti. Credo che se si stabiliscono regole comprensibili relative a questa soluzione ibrida, si avr\u00e0 la possibilit\u00e0 di raggiungere il successo.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Agile e Waterfall Ibrido nello sviluppo del software<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Se dovessi scegliere tra Agile e Waterfall, alla luce della mia esperienza personale, sceglierei sicuramente Agile. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/hello-world\/\"><strong>In Codest utilizziamo questo approccio da anni e posso dire che funziona molto bene.<\/strong><\/a>. Questa conclusione si basa sulla nostra esperienza a livello internazionale. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/it\/dictionary\/what-is-the-size-of-your-potential-reachable-market\/\">mercato<\/a> e la collaborazione con i nostri clienti di diversi settori, come ad esempio <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/it\/blog\/top-programming-languages-to-build-e-commerce\/\">Commercio elettronico<\/a>, mercato, <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/it\/dictionary\/what-is-adtech\/\">adtech<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/it\/blog\/banks-go-high-tech-unravel-fraud-with-machine-learning\/\">fintech<\/a>, proptech e <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/it\/blog\/designing-a-scalable-saas-platform-for-future-growth\/\">SaaS<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Prima di iniziare un progetto, di solito dedichiamo molto tempo a convincere i nostri clienti che Agile \u00e8 una soluzione migliore, soprattutto se confrontata con Waterfall. Vi chiederete: perch\u00e9 Agile? Credo che questo approccio permetta <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/it\/blog\/why-us-companies-are-opting-for-polish-developers\/\">noi<\/a> per creare un <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/it\/dictionary\/how-to-make-product\/\">prodotto<\/a> vicino alle aspettative dei nostri clienti, in quanto possono partecipare attivamente al processo di <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/it\/blog\/what-to-look-for-in-a-custom-software-development-company\/\">processo di sviluppo<\/a>. Siamo in costante contatto e monitoriamo i progressi. Inoltre, Agile ci aiuta a guidare i nostri clienti a delineare con precisione il progetto che vogliono intraprendere.<\/p>\n<p>In ogni caso, anche una soluzione ibrida pu\u00f2 essere una buona idea. Il Waterfall \u00e8 ancora utilizzato da molti manager che vogliono avere familiarit\u00e0 con la documentazione e attenersi ad essa fin dall'inizio dei loro progetti. Quindi, come \u00e8 possibile combinare entrambi gli approcci? \u00c8 necessario concentrarsi sui vantaggi pi\u00f9 importanti di Agile e Waterfall. Vi faccio un esempio. Nel corso del progetto, possiamo attenerci alla documentazione precedentemente specificata, ma l'approccio ibrido ci permette di rimanere flessibili e di adattarci se necessario. A tal fine, prestate attenzione alla qualit\u00e0 della comunicazione con il cliente. Se decidete di apportare modifiche alla documentazione, informate il cliente, assicuratevi che tutto sia accettato da entrambe le parti e solo allora apportate le modifiche suggerite.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Agile-software-development.jpg\" alt=\"Sviluppo software agile\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bisogna essere consapevoli che la soluzione ibrida comporta alcuni potenziali pericoli. Uno di questi \u00e8 la mancanza di accordi precisi sulla quantit\u00e0 di Agile e Waterfall da utilizzare rispettivamente. La mancanza di regole chiare pu\u00f2 portare a fraintendimenti. Ecco perch\u00e9 sottolineo ancora una volta il ruolo della comunicazione con il cliente. Quando sviluppate prodotti software, i vostri clienti devono capire che \u00e8 impossibile pianificare tutto dall'inizio alla fine. Se informate il vostro cliente che nel corso del progetto possono verificarsi deviazioni relative alla documentazione di base e lui lo rispetta pienamente, avete buone probabilit\u00e0 di successo. In breve, entrambe le parti devono riconoscere le proprie esigenze e far coincidere i rispettivi stili di lavoro.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Soluzione ibrida in pratica<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Per chiarire il mio punto di vista, vi mostrer\u00f2 come la combinazione di Agile e Waterfall possa funzionare nella pratica. Qualche tempo fa, abbiamo lavorato con un cliente che preferiva fortemente l'approccio Waterfall. Non avevamo incontri regolari, il che rendeva la collaborazione molto difficile. Inoltre, non sapevamo se stavamo sviluppando il progetto in base ai desideri del cliente e se effettivamente avremmo soddisfatto le sue aspettative. A un certo punto \u00e8 stata presa la decisione di collegare Waterfall e Agile. Abbiamo contattato il cliente e presentato la situazione e il nostro punto di vista sulla questione. Abbiamo spiegato perch\u00e9 l'applicazione di Agile ha senso e come pu\u00f2 aiutarci. Il cliente ha compreso il nostro punto di vista e abbiamo potuto implementare questo cambiamento nel progetto. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/it\/dictionary\/what-is-the-role-of-project-management-in-software-development\/\">gestione del progetto<\/a>. Posso assicurarvi che, in questo caso, la soluzione ibrida si \u00e8 rivelata una buona idea e il progetto \u00e8 stato portato a termine con successo.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Fatti curiosi sulla soluzione ibrida Agile e Waterfall<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Di recente mi sono imbattuto in uno studio molto interessante, che presenta l'uso di metodi di gestione dei progetti individuali da parte del personale dirigente. \u00c8 emerso che la gestione predittiva \u00e8 ancora la pi\u00f9 utilizzata, dato che ben 47% degli intervistati si sono espressi a favore di questa opzione. A sua volta, Agile si \u00e8 piazzato al secondo posto con 23%. Anche la soluzione ibrida (Agile e Waterfall) \u00e8 stata utilizzata da 23% degli intervistati. Altri approcci sono stati utilizzati da 7% dei partecipanti allo studio.<\/p>\n<p>Suggerimenti? Credo che Agile possa vantare una grande popolarit\u00e0, che pu\u00f2 crescere nel tempo. Anche la soluzione ibrida ha i suoi sostenitori, poich\u00e9 questo approccio pu\u00f2 garantire un'elevata efficienza - a patto che il processo sia ben pianificato, ovviamente.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Hybrid-Agile-Waterfall.jpg\" alt=\"Soluzione ibrida Agile e Waterfall\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Soluzione ibrida: ne vale la pena?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ne vale la pena, ma solo se si concordano con il cliente i dettagli dei termini di collaborazione. Se il cliente \u00e8 deciso a utilizzare solo il Waterfall, provate a presentare i vantaggi che si possono ottenere combinando gli approcci Waterfall e Agile.
