Abbiamo parlato con Greg Kubrakiewicz, Head of Technology di Yieldbird, che ci ha spiegato come la collaborazione con Codest abbia reso possibile il 16\u00b0 posto nella classifica di Deloitte\".<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/content\/campaigns\/ce\/technology\/fast-50\/ce-fast-50-2018.html\">Tecnologia Fast 50 Europa Centrale<\/a>\u2018.<\/p>\n<h2>Come \u00e8 nata questa idea?<\/h2>\n<p>Greg Kubrakiewicz: Tutto \u00e8 iniziato con Adtaily, che consentiva ai piccoli inserzionisti, come i parrucchieri o gli hotel, di inserire i loro annunci in portali pi\u00f9 grandi sui siti regionali di Gazeta.pl. La rete pubblicitaria Adtaily lavorava con loro. Nel frattempo, Marcin Ekiert e Piotrek Niedziela, ispirati da Fredrik, hanno iniziato a giocare dal lato dell'editore con le impostazioni di AdX e hanno notato che in questo modo riuscivano a guadagnare di pi\u00f9. Ci\u00f2 era anche legato al fatto che tutti i soldi sul mercato del programmatic provengono dagli inserzionisti.<\/p>\n<p>L'intero programmatic si concentrava allora sulla fonte di denaro dal lato degli acquirenti, il mercato era stretto, la concorrenza era grande. Sulla base delle conoscenze acquisite, abbiamo creato Yield Optimization e per diversi anni abbiamo acquisito sempre pi\u00f9 esperienza in molti mercati.<\/p>\n<p>Il passo successivo \u00e8 stato il tentativo di scrivere un software che automatizzasse e migliorasse tutti questi concetti in due modi: o automatizzando e aumentando la scala, o utilizzando algoritmi pi\u00f9 complessi che fossero migliori di quelli umani.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/interview_1.jpg\" alt=\"Yieldbird \u00e8 in crescita dinamica\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Come ha funzionato il processo di implementazione?<\/h2>\n<p>C'\u00e8 voluto un po' di tempo per trovare un modo per automatizzarlo, conoscere il processo, il modo in cui funziona, inventare alcuni modi per farlo e come dirlo agli sviluppatori di Codest in modo che potessero produrre uno strumento che creasse valore aggiunto. E poi l'effetto palla di neve si \u00e8 diffuso, abbiamo avuto sempre pi\u00f9 idee su cosa ottimizzare.<\/p>\n<p>In seguito, abbiamo creato un'intera classe di prodotti, ovvero un wrapper che automatizzava processi come la creazione di setup per gli editori. I setup sono costruzioni che aiutano gli editori ad aumentare i profitti incrementando la domanda. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/it\/dictionary\/why-is-javascript-so-popular\/\">javascript<\/a> codici, integrarsi con il sito. \u00c8 stato piuttosto complicato, soprattutto a causa del Javascript <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/it\/dictionary\/what-is-code-refactoring\/\">codice<\/a> che deve essere integrato con un sito web, e non tutti gli editori dispongono di risorse di sviluppo proprie. Inoltre, le barriere linguistiche e culturali con gli editori potrebbero rappresentare un ostacolo. <strong>Era quindi chiaro che avevamo bisogno di Codest per creare una soluzione facile e intuitiva. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/it\/dictionary\/how-to-make-product\/\">prodotto<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/interview2.jpg\" alt=\"Un ottimo software \u00e8 la chiave del successo\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Come ha accolto il mercato Yieldbird?<\/h2>\n<p>Il mercato degli editori, il fornitore di spazi pubblicitari, era piuttosto vuoto, non c'erano prodotti dedicati a questi editori. L'idea di ottimizzare gli spazi pubblicitari ha funzionato. La fase successiva \u00e8 stata l'idea di un servizio che aiutasse gli editori a guadagnare di pi\u00f9 dallo spazio pubblicitario e a esercitare una maggiore pressione sugli inserzionisti.<\/p>\n<p>Alcuni sono stati accolti <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/it\/blog\/why-us-companies-are-opting-for-polish-developers\/\">noi<\/a> Alcuni erano molto diffidenti, oppure non riuscivamo a spiegare loro di cosa si trattasse.
