Des entreprises de nombreux secteurs licencient leurs employ\u00e9s tout en cherchant \u00e0 faire des \u00e9conomies. De nombreuses entreprises du secteur des technologies de l'information ont d\u00fb prendre une telle d\u00e9cision. La situation est difficile, il faut \u00eatre honn\u00eate. Personne ne pensait il y a quelques mois que le secteur florissant de l'IT <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/fr\/dictionary\/what-is-the-size-of-your-potential-reachable-market\/\">march\u00e9<\/a> changera si radicalement.<\/p>\n<p>Je pense que cette p\u00e9riode est une le\u00e7on pr\u00e9cieuse pour tout le monde. En temps de crise, les entreprises doivent se tourner vers leurs partenaires commerciaux. Elles doivent gagner la confiance des relations d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9tablies et s'ouvrir \u00e0 de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s. Si vous ne pouvez pas vous adapter, vous perdrez, car seuls les acteurs forts et intelligents pourront survivre. De nombreuses entreprises (et pas seulement celles bas\u00e9es sur les technologies de l'information) doivent modifier consid\u00e9rablement leur mod\u00e8le d'entreprise actuel. Le march\u00e9 est d\u00e9j\u00e0 diff\u00e9rent aujourd'hui et il continuera \u00e0 changer.<\/p>\n<p>Personnellement, je pense que l'essentiel est d\u00e9sormais de maintenir la confiance et la qualit\u00e9 de la coop\u00e9ration avec les clients. Les entreprises ont aujourd'hui besoin de v\u00e9ritables partenaires commerciaux, et non de ceux qui veulent gagner de l'argent \u00e0 tout prix. Les relations d'affaires sont et seront plus importantes que jamais. C'est le seul moyen de maintenir la stabilit\u00e9 et de s'ouvrir \u00e0 de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s commerciales.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/IT-1-1024x512-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>La fin du march\u00e9 des salari\u00e9s - vrai ou faux ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>C'est une question int\u00e9ressante, car de nombreux experts pr\u00e9disent que le march\u00e9 va tellement changer que les employ\u00e9s ne pourront plus fixer leurs conditions. Les salaires changeront et les entreprises ne choisiront que les meilleurs professionnels pour coop\u00e9rer. Ce n'est peut-\u00eatre pas faux, mais cela d\u00e9pend beaucoup du secteur d'activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cas de la <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/fr\/blog\/7-predictions-for-the-it-industry-in-2023\/\">Industrie des technologies de l'information<\/a>Je suis convaincu que les entreprises auront la possibilit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9er des marques encore plus fortes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la plus grande disponibilit\u00e9 des sp\u00e9cialistes. N\u00e9anmoins, ils devront mieux comprendre les capacit\u00e9s de l'employeur. Les entreprises ressentiront les effets de la crise actuelle pendant des mois.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L'heure de l'informatique commerciale 2.0 a sonn\u00e9.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Certaines entreprises ont pris la meilleure d\u00e9cision en temps de crise - risquer beaucoup et gagner beaucoup. J'insiste \u00e0 nouveau sur le fait que la crise est une chance pour votre entreprise de devenir encore plus forte.
