Nous nous sommes entretenus avec Greg Kubrakiewicz, responsable de la technologie chez Yieldbird, qui nous explique comment la coop\u00e9ration avec Codest a permis \u00e0 l'entreprise d'\u00eatre class\u00e9e 16e dans la liste de Deloitte.<a href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/content\/campaigns\/ce\/technology\/fast-50\/ce-fast-50-2018.html\">Technologie Fast 50 Europe centrale<\/a>\u2018.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment est n\u00e9e cette id\u00e9e ?<\/h2>\n<p>Greg Kubrakiewicz : Tout a commenc\u00e9 avec Adtaily, qui permettait aux petits annonceurs comme les coiffeurs ou les h\u00f4tels de placer leurs annonces sur des portails plus importants sur les sites r\u00e9gionaux de Gazeta.pl. Le r\u00e9seau publicitaire Adtaily travaillait avec eux. Entre-temps, Marcin Ekiert et Piotrek Niedziela, inspir\u00e9s par Fredrik, ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 jouer avec les param\u00e8tres AdX du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l'\u00e9diteur et ont remarqu\u00e9 qu'ils pouvaient ainsi gagner plus d'argent. Cela s'explique \u00e9galement par le fait que tout l'argent du march\u00e9 programmatique provient des annonceurs.<\/p>\n<p>L'ensemble du programmatique se concentrait alors sur la source d'argent du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des acheteurs, le march\u00e9 \u00e9tait serr\u00e9, la concurrence importante. Sur la base des connaissances acquises, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 l'optimisation du rendement et, pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es, nous avons acquis de plus en plus d'exp\u00e9rience sur de nombreux march\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L'\u00e9tape suivante a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 tenter d'\u00e9crire un logiciel qui automatiserait et am\u00e9liorerait tous ces concepts de deux mani\u00e8res : soit en automatisant et en augmentant l'\u00e9chelle, soit en utilisant des algorithmes plus complexes qui seraient meilleurs que ceux d'un humain.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/interview_1.jpg\" alt=\"Yieldbird conna\u00eet une croissance dynamique\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Comment le processus de mise en \u0153uvre a-t-il fonctionn\u00e9 ?<\/h2>\n<p>Il a fallu un peu de temps pour trouver un moyen de l'automatiser, de conna\u00eetre le processus, la mani\u00e8re dont il fonctionne, d'inventer des m\u00e9thodes et d'en parler aux d\u00e9veloppeurs de Codest afin qu'ils puissent produire un outil qui cr\u00e9e de la valeur ajout\u00e9e. Et puis cela a fait boule de neige, cela s'est r\u00e9pandu, nous avions de plus en plus d'id\u00e9es \u00e0 optimiser.<\/p>\n<p>Plus tard, nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 toute une classe de produits, c'est-\u00e0-dire un wrapper qui automatisait r\u00e9ellement des processus tels que la cr\u00e9ation de setups pour les \u00e9diteurs. Les configurations sont des constructions qui aident ces \u00e9diteurs \u00e0 augmenter leurs profits en augmentant la demande. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/fr\/dictionary\/why-is-javascript-so-popular\/\">javascript<\/a> et l'int\u00e9grer au site. C'\u00e9tait assez compliqu\u00e9, principalement \u00e0 cause du Javascript. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/fr\/dictionary\/what-is-code-refactoring\/\">code<\/a> qui doit \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 un site web, et tous les \u00e9diteurs ne disposent pas de leurs propres ressources de d\u00e9veloppement. De plus, les barri\u00e8res linguistiques et culturelles avec les \u00e9diteurs peuvent constituer un obstacle. <strong>Il \u00e9tait donc \u00e9vident que nous devions faire appel \u00e0 Codest pour cr\u00e9er une solution simple et conviviale. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/fr\/dictionary\/how-to-make-product\/\">produit<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/interview2.jpg\" alt=\"Un logiciel performant est la cl\u00e9 du succ\u00e8s\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Comment le march\u00e9 a-t-il accueilli Yieldbird ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le march\u00e9 des \u00e9diteurs, fournisseurs d'espaces publicitaires, \u00e9tait assez vide, il n'y avait pas de produits d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 ces \u00e9diteurs. L'id\u00e9e d'optimiser l'espace publicitaire a donc fonctionn\u00e9. L'\u00e9tape suivante a \u00e9t\u00e9 l'id\u00e9e d'un service qui aiderait les \u00e9diteurs \u00e0 tirer un meilleur parti de l'espace publicitaire et \u00e0 exercer une pression plus forte sur les annonceurs.<\/p>\n<p>Certains ont \u00e9t\u00e9 accueillis <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/fr\/blog\/why-us-companies-are-opting-for-polish-developers\/\">nous<\/a> Certains se sont montr\u00e9s tr\u00e8s chaleureux, car ils voulaient vraiment gagner plus d'argent, mais d'autres se sont montr\u00e9s tr\u00e8s m\u00e9fiants, ou nous n'avons pas pu leur expliquer de quoi il s'agissait. La barri\u00e8re de la compr\u00e9hension est assez importante car il ne s'agit pas d'un produit facile ou bon march\u00e9.
