Que signifie la crise pour les entreprises ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Du point de vue de l'entreprise, nous sommes toujours \u00e0 la recherche d'une plus grande efficacit\u00e9. Comme vous le savez peut-\u00eatre, le travail \u00e0 distance dans le secteur des technologies de l'information peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s efficace. Vous ne perdez pas de temps \u00e0 vous rendre au travail ou \u00e0 en revenir, \u00e0 assister \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions, \u00e0 avoir des conversations informelles qui vous d\u00e9concentrent, etc. De plus, vous pouvez travailler dans votre propre espace confortable, parfaitement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 vos besoins. Tout est question de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences personnelles.<\/p>\n

Comment organiser le travail \u00e0 distance ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

1. Faites confiance \u00e0 vos collaborateurs pour travailler \u00e0 distance ( je sais, je sais... mais faites-leur vraiment confiance ! ).<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ne donnez pas \u00e0 vos employ\u00e9s l'impression que vous contr\u00f4lez tout ce qu'ils font. Ce n'est pas la bonne m\u00e9thode. Montrez-leur qu'ils ont votre confiance.<\/p>\n

2. Planifier des r\u00e9unions de routine courtes ( !) le matin<\/strong><\/h3>\n

15 minutes suffisent pour un maximum de 8 personnes. Passez en revue les t\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir par les \u00e9quipe<\/a>Demandez-leur ce qu'ils en pensent et souhaitez-leur une bonne journ\u00e9e.<\/p>\n

3. Planifier des r\u00e9unions individuelles une fois par semaine<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Discuter de divers sujets, y compris de questions d'ordre priv\u00e9. \u00c0 mon avis, ces r\u00e9unions ont un impact consid\u00e9rable sur l'ex\u00e9cution des t\u00e2ches quotidiennes.<\/p>\n

Vous devez savoir que les appels vid\u00e9o sont \u00e9galement un bon moyen de conclure des march\u00e9s et d'\u00e9lever votre entreprise \u00e0 un niveau sup\u00e9rieur. Croyez-moi.<\/p>\n

Passons \u00e0 un autre sujet d'actualit\u00e9. Les choses changeront-elles apr\u00e8s la lev\u00e9e des restrictions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie ? Oui ! \u00c0 mon avis, rien ne sera plus pareil. En ce qui concerne les employ\u00e9s et leurs besoins, je pr\u00e9dis que davantage de personnes rechercheront la stabilit\u00e9. C'est une r\u00e9action naturelle apr\u00e8s une rupture.<\/p>\n

Comment le march\u00e9 va-t-il \u00e9voluer ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Le travail \u00e0 distance sera plus courant (pas seulement dans les entreprises technologiques) ;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Les contrats \u00e0 temps plein seront privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s ;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    L'employ\u00e9 march\u00e9<\/a> est termin\u00e9e. Les entreprises vont poser leurs conditions sur le march\u00e9 et nous pouvons donc nous attendre \u00e0 des salaires plus bas, \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s accrues pour trouver un emploi, \u00e0 des processus de recrutement de plus en plus exigeants ;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Des exigences \u00e0 tous les niveaux. En raison des r\u00e9ductions de co\u00fbts, les entreprises rechercheront les meilleurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments poss\u00e9dant plus d'une comp\u00e9tence. Je pr\u00e9dis que les entreprises rechercheront des employ\u00e9s poss\u00e9dant \u00e0 la fois des comp\u00e9tences g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et des comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques au niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 ;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Les salaires seront diff\u00e9rents de ceux d'avant COVID-19. Les 10% de salari\u00e9s les mieux pay\u00e9s - que nous appellerons les \"joueurs A\" - conserveront leur salaire actuel et pourront m\u00eame \u00eatre promus. Les employ\u00e9s moyens ou m\u00e9diocres recevront peut-\u00eatre moins qu'avant ;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Plus de pression au travail et pendant les projets. Nous rechercherons une plus grande efficacit\u00e9 dans tous les aspects de la livraison. Malheureusement, cela implique plus de stress.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Conclusions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Je voudrais terminer en disant que, paradoxalement, c'est le bon moment pour apporter des changements dans votre entreprise, en prenant des mesures plus audacieuses pour gagner face \u00e0 vos concurrents. Si nous examinons les crises pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes, nous constaterons que les marques fortes sont rest\u00e9es sur le march\u00e9 et sont rest\u00e9es en t\u00eate jusqu'\u00e0 aujourd'hui. La crise du COVID-19 peut donc \u00eatre une chance pour chaque entreprise. Vous pouvez gagner ce jeu.<\/p>\n
