Para ello, tuvimos que especificar los valores con los que nos identificamos, aclarar la visi\u00f3n y fijar los objetivos.<\/p>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis de nuestra competencia y la evaluaci\u00f3n comparativa nos ayudaron sin duda en este proceso. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/careers\">La visi\u00f3n de The Codest<\/a><\/strong> r\u00e1pidamente en nuestras mentes, siendo su valor primordial la atenci\u00f3n al <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/es\/dictionary\/what-is-code-refactoring\/\">c\u00f3digo<\/a>. Es nuestra forma de distinguirnos de otras empresas de software. Nos preguntamos c\u00f3mo evitar que nuestros clientes percibieran estas palabras como meros esl\u00f3ganes y lograr lo contrario... <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/our-code\">hacerles sentir el valor real y la calidad que el equipo The Codest puede aportar a cada proyecto<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bien, \u00bfc\u00f3mo desarrollamos nuestra visi\u00f3n del cambio de marca? Hace unos meses, reunimos en una mesa a todos los empleados clave de nuestra empresa (niveles C, desarrolladores, PM, dise\u00f1adores, vendedores). Quer\u00edamos hablar de nuestro futuro juntos. Todos pod\u00edan comentar y decir \"no\" si no les gustaba una idea. Nos esforzamos por que todo el proceso de cambio de marca fuera transparente y estuviera en consonancia con nuestras creencias y valores corporativos de principio a fin. Fue una etapa importante porque nos dimos cuenta de que antes cada persona percib\u00eda nuestra marca de forma diferente. Era incoherente, as\u00ed que tuvimos que desarrollar este concepto para el proceso de cambio de marca.<\/p>\n<p>El trabajo inicial se llev\u00f3 a cabo mediante el m\u00e9todo de taller. Se utiliz\u00f3 un <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/es\/blog\/enhance-your-application-with-professional-ux-auditing\/\">UX<\/a> en el que obtuvimos informaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de talleres y debates moderados. Intentamos comprender la percepci\u00f3n de nuestra marca en nuestros grupos objetivo. Gracias al an\u00e1lisis de la competencia, hemos desarrollado valores coherentes con nuestras creencias y podemos presentar nuestra marca de forma atractiva.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/clutch.co\/profile\/codest\">Opiniones de los clientes<\/a><\/strong> fueron sin duda un punto importante en estos an\u00e1lisis. Preguntamos a nuestros socios c\u00f3mo evaluaban nuestra empresa y cu\u00e1les percib\u00edan como nuestros puntos fuertes y d\u00e9biles. Sus comentarios fueron realmente interesantes. En el caso del dise\u00f1o y la elecci\u00f3n del lenguaje de comunicaci\u00f3n visual, nuestro simp\u00e1tico estudio de dise\u00f1o - <a href=\"https:\/\/lenivastudio.com\/\">Leniva<\/a> - nos ayud\u00f3. \u00a1Hablemos de ello ahora mismo!<\/p>\n<h2>2\u00aa fase del cambio de marca: Dise\u00f1o y elementos visuales clave<\/h2>\n<p>En esta fase, nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/es\/dictionary\/how-to-make-product\/\">producto<\/a> dise\u00f1adores <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/es\/blog\/how-to-hire-the-best-outsourced-development-team-for-a-scaleup\/\">equipo<\/a> entr\u00f3 en escena, ya que su tarea consist\u00eda en desarrollar elementos visuales clave que sirvieran de base para el dise\u00f1o de nuestro sitio web. Comenz\u00f3 con el an\u00e1lisis del lenguaje de comunicaci\u00f3n visual de nuestra competencia: desde las paletas de colores, pasando por las formas, hasta el vocabulario que utilizamos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Intentamos encontrar trucos interesantes que nos ayudaran a igualar los valores con los que The Codest se identifica mejor. Busc\u00e1bamos algo que pudiera diferenciarnos. Al fin y al cabo, una marca debe tener su propio sello, \u00bfno?<\/p>\n<p>Nuestra clave visual era iterativa. Curiosamente, s\u00f3lo el s\u00e9ptimo present\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/es\/dictionary\/why-do-projects-fail\/\">proyecto<\/a> era la correcta. Mientras tanto, aparecieron varias ideas que rechazamos o verificamos para conseguir el efecto deseado.<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de la segunda etapa, tambi\u00e9n determinamos el flujo de nuestro sitio web en t\u00e9rminos de la ruta de conversi\u00f3n y la arquitectura de la informaci\u00f3n que quer\u00edamos transmitir. Entre otras cosas, as\u00ed naci\u00f3 el concepto de crear dos playbooks. Debo admitir que estamos muy satisfechos con los resultados. Decidimos que la combinaci\u00f3n de Nuxt y Netlify se adaptar\u00eda mejor a nuestras necesidades. Por supuesto, tuvimos que ocuparnos de <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/es\/blog\/app-data-collection-security-risks-value-and-types-explored\/\">datos<\/a> migraci\u00f3n, redireccionamientos y SEO.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Todo el proceso se realiz\u00f3 de acuerdo con el enfoque \u00e1gil.
