Empresas de muchos sectores despiden a sus empleados en busca de ahorros. Muchas empresas de TI han tenido que tomar medidas de este tipo. La situaci\u00f3n es dif\u00edcil, hay que ser honestos al respecto. Nadie pensaba hace unos meses que el floreciente sector de TI <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/es\/dictionary\/what-is-the-size-of-your-potential-reachable-market\/\">mercado<\/a> cambiar\u00e1 tan dr\u00e1sticamente.<\/p>\n<p>Creo que este momento es una valiosa lecci\u00f3n para todos. En tiempos de crisis, las empresas deben mirar de frente a sus socios comerciales. Deben ganarse la confianza de las relaciones ya establecidas y estar abiertas a nuevas oportunidades. Es la \u00fanica forma de mantener la estabilidad y abrirse a nuevas oportunidades de negocio.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/IT-1-1024x512-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h2><strong>El fin del mercado de asalariados: \u00bfverdadero o falso?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Es una pregunta interesante, ya que muchos expertos predicen que el mercado cambiar\u00e1 tanto que los empleados ya no podr\u00e1n fijar sus condiciones. Los salarios cambiar\u00e1n y las empresas elegir\u00e1n s\u00f3lo a los mejores profesionales para colaborar. Insistir\u00e9 una vez m\u00e1s en que la crisis es una oportunidad para que su empresa se haga a\u00fan m\u00e1s fuerte. Es el momento de ejecutar ideas, no de crear borradores sin sentido. C\u00e9ntrate en lo que realmente funciona y aporta beneficios reales a tu negocio.
