Hello everyone, I’m Jakub Jakubowicz, the CTO<\/a> of The Codest<\/a>. Today, I have the pleasure of chatting with Thomas Hansen<\/b>, the Chief Technology Officer<\/b> at AINIRO.IO. Thomas and his team<\/a> at AINIRO are doing some fantastic work in the realm of AI<\/a>, specifically in creating tools that democratize this transformative technology. Thomas, thank you for taking the time to join us<\/a> for this discussion.<\/p>\n

Jakub Jakubowicz (JJ): Thomas, it’s great to have you here. Let’s start off with the basics: What initially inspired AINIRO to develop AI-powered tools?<\/b><\/p>\n

Thomas Hansen (TH)<\/b>: Thank you for having me, Jakub. The primary driving force was to make technology, especially AI, accessible to a broader audience. We realized there were many sectors and individuals who could greatly benefit from AI but felt it was out of their reach or too complicated. So, we decided to develop tools that were user-friendly and highly customizable.<\/p>\n

JJ: That’s really fascinating. Since you mentioned customization, could you elaborate on the adaptability of your tools to different sectors?<\/b><\/p>\n

TH<\/b>: Absolutely, our tools are designed to be sector-agnostic, and the target audience spans from small businesses to enterprise-level organizations. Be it sales, customer service<\/a> and support, or internal decision-making, our tools can adapt to fit the bill.<\/p>\n

JJ: Fantastic. No journey is without its bumps in the road. Could you share any significant challenges you guys faced along the way?<\/b><\/p>\n

TH<\/b>: Sure. One of the major challenges was making AI as “close to a human experience as possible”. We did a lot of trial and error initially, but we’ve now got it down to the point where it’s almost impossible to differentiate our AI solutions<\/strong> from a human being.<\/p>\n

JJ: I can definitely relate to that. So, high-quality AI solutions are often assumed to be expensive. How do you manage to balance cost and quality?<\/b><\/p>\n

TH<\/b>: Good question. We rely on a blend of open-source technologies and proprietary algorithms, in addition to trying to avoid reinventing the wheel, using service providers where it makes sense, such as OpenAI for instance delivering us with AI Machine Learning<\/a> models<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

JJ: Security is a hot topic when we discuss AI solutions. Could you shed some light on how AINIRO addresses this concern?<\/b><\/p>\n

TH<\/b>: Absolutely, security is a top priority for us. For example, our AI Expert System is an internal-only system. Access is limited to authorized personnel, and we implement best practices to keep the data<\/a> secure.<\/p>\n

JJ: Speaking of products, your ChatGPT Website Chatbot has generated quite a buzz. Could you tell us a bit about its capabilities?<\/b><\/p>\n

TH<\/b>: Of course. The ChatGPT Website Chatbot aims to improve customer experiences and thereby boost conversions. We\u2019ve seen businesses achieve up to a 67% increase in sales after implementing it. It\u2019s designed to be highly customizable and can adapt to the specific requirements of any website.<\/p>\n

JJ: With the AI landscape changing rapidly, are there any future updates or enhancements that we can look forward to from AINIRO\u2019s products?<\/b><\/p>\n

TH<\/b>: We have several things in the pipeline, including adding more integrations towards CRM systems, E-Commerce<\/a> systems, and whatever our clients have. Integrations is a key strategy for us in the future.<\/p>\n

JJ: As we wrap up, do you have any words of advice for developers looking to venture into AI?<\/b><\/p>\n

TH<\/b>: My advice would be to remain agile<\/a>. The AI field is continually evolving, and being willing to adapt is crucial. Ethical considerations and user experience should never be underestimated.<\/p>\n
