Pl\u00f6tzlich h\u00f6ren Sie Ihre Katze an der T\u00fcr kratzen, ihr lautes Miauen wird unertr\u00e4glich und Ihre Katze hat alle Zeit der Welt, Ihnen mitzuteilen, was sie braucht. Wissen Sie, was sie wirklich braucht? Ich wei\u00df es - Ihre Katze will jetzt Futter! Jetzt sofort! Woher ich das wei\u00df? Weil ich irgendwann angefangen habe, meine Katze zu dieser Zeit zu f\u00fcttern... Und nat\u00fcrlich wurde das zu einer neuen Standardzeit f\u00fcr die Futteraufnahme.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dieses Szenario hat mich dazu inspiriert, einen Futterautomaten zu bauen, der die morgendliche Katzenf\u00fctterung \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig macht und die Katze bei Laune h\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n<h2>Erste Generation<\/h2>\n<p>Die erste Generation des Katzenfutters war eine einfache <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/de\/dictionary\/how-to-build-an-mvp\/\">MVP<\/a> aus etwas Karton, einem einfachen Servo und ESP WeMos. Mit einem Servo wurde der obere Beh\u00e4lter um 180 Grad gedreht, um das Essen auszugeben.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Google Home Katzenf\u00fctterung\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XM9isy4HUUo?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Ein Mikrocontroller war mit meinem lokalen Wi-Fi verbunden und kommunizierte mit dem Smart Home-Server, auf dem HomeAssistant l\u00e4uft, \u00fcber das MQTT-Protokoll. So konnte ich das HomeAssistant-Automatisierungssystem nutzen, um die F\u00fctterung und Futterausgabe \u00fcber Google Home-Befehle zu planen. Jede F\u00fctterung wurde als ein spezielles Ereignis im Google-Kalender definiert. So konnte ich die F\u00fctterungszeit der Katze leicht kontrollieren und bei Bedarf \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich stie\u00df diese Generation auf einige Probleme:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>der obere Beh\u00e4lter l\u00f6ste sich manchmal vom Servogriff und versch\u00fcttete das gesamte Essen (ich nannte das den \"Jackpot-Effekt\"),<\/li>\n<li>es hatte nicht das beste Design,<\/li>\n<li>begann der Karton zu zerfallen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Wie bei den meisten MVPs wurde es nur 2 Jahre lang benutzt, bis es kaputt ging.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Zweite Generation<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/macbury.github.io\/SmartHouse\/DIY\/CatFeeder\/#second-generation\"><\/a><\/h2>\n<p>Ich habe beschlossen, dass die n\u00e4chste Katze Futtermittel sollte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>aus 3D-gedruckten Teilen gebaut werden,<\/li>\n<li>Raspberry Pi 3 verwenden,<\/li>\n<li>eine kleine Kamera haben, um zu beobachten, wie die Katze reagierte und was das Tier tat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ich begann den gesamten Prozess mit dem Entwurf von Grundelementen f\u00fcr die Aufteilung der Lebensmittel. Als die Entw\u00fcrfe dann fertig waren, wurden alle Elemente mit dem Creality Ender-3 und PLA gedruckt.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Konzept eines 3D-gedruckten Katzenfutters getestet\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/3vbX-7o-h1c?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>Teile<\/h3>\n<p>Nachdem ich mich vergewissert hatte, dass alles funktionierte, machte ich mich an die Gestaltung und den Druck der restlichen Teile:<\/p>\n<h4>Basis f\u00fcr RaspberryPi (Stufe 0)<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Cat-Feeder-1024x484-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Es hat spezielle Stellen f\u00fcr Schrauben, um die Installation des Raspberry Pi zu erleichtern. Au\u00dferdem befindet sich auf der Vorderseite ein kleines Loch f\u00fcr den einfachen Zugriff auf die SD-Karte des Raspberry Pi.<\/p>\n<h4>Schalenhalter<\/h4>\n<p>Dieses Kunststoffteil dient zum Aufstellen eines Futternapfes aus Metall (nat\u00fcrlich wurde es mit Goldf\u00e4den bedruckt, zum Ruhm und zur Ehre meiner Katze). Er ist mit 2 Neodym-Magneten mit dem Sockel verbunden.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Codest-1024x485-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Servohalter (Ebene 1)<\/h4>\n<p>Diese Ebene dient dazu, den Servo zu halten, w\u00e4hrend er das Teil auf der n\u00e4chsten Ebene dreht. Sie hat auch eine kleine Neigung, um das Essen besser servieren zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/servo-holder-1024x484-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Beh\u00e4lter f\u00fcr Rationierungsmechanismen (Ebene 2)<\/h4>\n<p>Es handelt sich um eine einfache, allgemeine Wasserwaage, die Lebensmittel aus einem dar\u00fcber stehenden Beh\u00e4lter portioniert. Sie wird durch den Servo gedreht.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/ration-container-1024x484-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Halterung f\u00fcr Lebensmittelbeh\u00e4lter (Stufe 3)<\/h4>\n<p>Dieses Teil dient zum Halten des Lebensmittelbeh\u00e4lters. Es ist das einzige Kunststoffteil, das nicht 3D-gedruckt wurde. Ich wollte den Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln bei 3D-gedruckten Teilen minimieren. Theoretisch enth\u00e4lt transparenter PLA-Kunststoff keine giftigen Schadstoffe, aber ich habe den billigsten M\u00fcslispender gekauft und das Teil f\u00fcr den Lebensmittelbeh\u00e4lter genommen, nur um auf Nummer sicher zu gehen. Au\u00dferdem sieht er wirklich cool aus.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/fc-484x1024-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Geh\u00e4use und Deckel<\/h4>\n<p>Die letzten beiden Teile waren das Geh\u00e4use und der Deckel. Nichts Besonderes hier, au\u00dfer mehr Gold, damit es besser aussieht und die Bewunderung der Katze gewinnt.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/codest-dev-757x1024-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Alle Teile<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/parts-1024x484-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Endmontage<\/h4>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/final-556x1024-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Software<\/h3>\n<p>Auf dem Raspberry Pi l\u00e4uft ein Raspbian, das mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/macbury\/SmartHouse\/blob\/master\/provision\/playbooks\/cat_feeder\/cat.yaml\">Ansible-Spielbuch<\/a> um diese Dienste zu betreiben:<\/p>\n<h4>MotionEye<\/h4>\n<p>MotionEye ist eine Open-Source-Software, mit der Sie Ihre eigene private \u00dcberwachung aufbauen k\u00f6nnen. Sie erkennt jede an den Raspberry Pi angeschlossene Kamera. Zus\u00e4tzlich erhalten Sie eine Bewegungserkennung, einen Endpunkt zum Teilen des Streams und Webhook-Unterst\u00fctzung.<\/p>\n<h4>Servo-Service<\/h4>\n<p>Dieser Dienst steuert die Drehung des Servos.
