Opbygning af kvalitet og p\u00e5lidelighed produkt<\/a> er en af de vigtigste faktorer for succes i en nystartet virksomhed. Det er bestemt en udfordring p\u00e5 hvert trin. I mange tilf\u00e6lde er den bedste m\u00e5de at softwareudvikling<\/a> er via samarbejdet med en ekstern partner. Opbygning af en internt<\/a> hold<\/a> er meget tidskr\u00e6vende og dyrt.<\/p>\n

Nystartede virksomheder er ikke i stand til at s\u00e6lge deres produkter, hvis brugerne vurderer dem kritisk.<\/p>\n

I en tid med h\u00e5rd konkurrence p\u00e5 markedet er funktioner som p\u00e5lidelighed, betjeningshastighed og produktets intuitivitet af stor betydning. Statistikker viser tydeligt, at hvis den f\u00f8rste brugeroplevelse er positiv, s\u00e5 vil brugerne i 90% af tilf\u00e6ldene vende tilbage til produktet i fremtiden. Derfor er mit tip til dig enkelt - sats p\u00e5 kvalitet, og du vil hurtigt opdage, at en s\u00e5dan strategi simpelthen betaler sig.<\/p>\n

... nystartede virksomheder ikke sikrer et tilstr\u00e6kkeligt budget til softwareudvikling<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Softwareudvikling er sandsynligvis en af de h\u00f8jeste omkostninger, som nystartede virksomheder skal tage h\u00f8jde for, n\u00e5r de g\u00e5r ind p\u00e5 markedet og begynder produktudvikling<\/a>. Afh\u00e6ngigt af produkttypen og dens udvikling varierer disse udgifter meget. Den indledende fase af opbygningen af produktet er s\u00e6rlig vigtig, alts\u00e5 fasen f\u00f8r produktet kommer p\u00e5 markedet. Det er med andre ord den tid, der g\u00e5r, indtil produktet begynder at give overskud. Indtil da skal du v\u00e6re sikker p\u00e5, at du har et budget, der er h\u00f8jt nok til at bygge et kvalitetsprodukt.<\/p>\n

Her er det v\u00e6rd at n\u00e6vne den meget popul\u00e6re produktudviklingsmetode (is\u00e6r for nystartede virksomheder), nemlig MVP<\/a>. Jeg mener, at det er den bedste m\u00e5de at g\u00f8re det p\u00e5, da MVP'en blandt andet giver dig mulighed for at optimere budgettet til produktudvikling.<\/p>\n

... at bygge et produkt og implementere det p\u00e5 markedet er ikke alt!<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Investering i et produkt og softwareudvikling er en proces i konstant udvikling. Det er ikke nok, at noget er bygget, det afslutter ikke samarbejdet med din eksterne softwareudviklingsvirksomhed. Produktet kr\u00e6ver ofte regelm\u00e6ssig vedligeholdelse og frem for alt implementering af nye funktioner, for ikke at tale om forbedring af de eksisterende. Jeg har bem\u00e6rket, at nystartede virksomheder misfortolker denne proces, hvilket er en stor fejl. Du m\u00e5 ikke glemme den konstante udvikling, for dine konkurrenter sover ikke.<\/p>\n

\"Startup-udvikling\"<\/p>\n

... den valgte produktudviklingsstrategi er forkert<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Nystartede virksomheder er under konstant pres for at bevise, at deres produkt har v\u00e6rdi for brugerne. De fors\u00f8ger j\u00e6vnligt at finde nye l\u00f8sninger, forbedre produktet og tilf\u00f8je funktioner, der er nyttige for m\u00e5lgruppen. I hele denne proces er der mange uinformerede beslutninger, som ikke er baseret p\u00e5 forskning, analyse og specifikke tal.<\/p>\n

S\u00e5danne beslutninger tr\u00e6ffes ofte spontant, simpelthen fordi beslutningstagerne \u00f8nsker det. Dette er en meget almindelig fejl med meget d\u00e5rlige konsekvenser. Det kan f\u00f8re til manglende samarbejde med specialister inden for produktdesign, som er ansvarlige for at opbygge et produkt, der svarer til kundens behov. De arbejder ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 et engagerende design, der \u00f8ger konverteringen.<\/p>\n
