Som en del af en given fase er vores udviklere ogs\u00e5 underlagt algoritmetestning p\u00e5 SPOJ-platformen. Det er det grundl\u00e6ggende inden for datalogi, som vi anser for vigtigt.<\/p>\n<p>Professionel v\u00e6kst er meget vigtig for udviklere, og vi vil gerne hj\u00e6lpe dem. Indtil videre har vi f\u00e5et positiv feedback p\u00e5 vores ideer til den professionelle udvikling af programm\u00f8rer, der arbejder hos Codest.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Hvor lang tid tager det for en juniorudvikler at blive forfremmet til en mellemleder?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Det tager omkring et \u00e5r. Vores erfaring viser, at det er en tilstr\u00e6kkelig periode til at tilegne sig kompetencer, der g\u00f8r en junior <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/blog\/hire-vue-js-developers\/\">Udvikler<\/a> til en position p\u00e5 mellemniveau. Det kan selvf\u00f8lgelig ske tidligere, hvis vi kan se, at nogen forbedrer sig hurtigt.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Hvad med ledende stillinger?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En anden ramme omfatter medarbejderudvikling fra mellemniveau til senior. Her l\u00e6gger vi stor v\u00e6gt p\u00e5 bl\u00f8d kommunikation. Vi har et s\u00e6t problemer med eksempler p\u00e5, hvordan man kommunikerer med en <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/blog\/how-to-hire-the-best-outsourced-development-team-for-a-scaleup\/\">hold<\/a> eller en kunde. Hvert halve \u00e5r gennemf\u00f8rer vi en evaluering for at kontrollere medarbejdernes udvikling. Desuden f\u00e5r udviklerne feedback i forbindelse med kvartalsvise opsummeringer. Lederne overv\u00e5ger det hele og sikrer, at alt g\u00e5r efter den aftalte udviklingsvej. Derudover vurderer vi ogs\u00e5 vores medarbejderes beherskelse af engelsk og fortrolighed med vigtige v\u00e6rkt\u00f8jer. Hvis disse krav er opfyldt, vil en udvikler p\u00e5 mellemniveau blive forfremmet til en seniorstilling.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Ruby-developers.jpg\" alt=\"Ruby-udviklere\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Har Codest ogs\u00e5 udviklingsmuligheder for de mest erfarne medarbejdere?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Vi har brug for st\u00f8tte fra vores udviklere p\u00e5 forretningsniveau. Hos Codest skaber vi ogs\u00e5 udviklingsbetingelser for s\u00e5danne medarbejdere. Vi leder efter programm\u00f8rer, der kan st\u00f8tte vores salgsaktiviteter, f.eks. under samtaler med kunder om softwaretekniske forhold. De er ogs\u00e5 involveret i at starte <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/dictionary\/why-do-projects-fail\/\">projekt<\/a> og den videre koordinering. Man kan sige, at vi her taler om en vej for en leder, en teamleder.<\/p>\n<p>Jeg synes, det er en interessant mulighed for dem, der har forretningsambitioner og gerne vil g\u00f8re mere end at programmere. Samarbejde med kunder, ledelse af dit eget team, udvikling af dine ledelseskompetencer - det er elementerne i denne udviklingsvej. Hvis vi kan se, at nogen har s\u00e5danne ambitioner og har foruds\u00e6tninger for at klare sig godt, fors\u00f8ger vi at hj\u00e6lpe denne person p\u00e5 vej.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Er det sv\u00e6rt at klare alle rekrutteringskravene?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Meget h\u00e5rdt \ud83d\ude42 Rekrutteringen begynder med en kort telefonsamtale med en af vores rekrutteringsmedarbejdere, hvor vi l\u00e6rer hinanden lidt bedre at kende. N\u00e6ste fase er en programmeringsopgave og en teknisk orienteret samtale. Vi s\u00f8ger efter kandidater, der har et solidt fundament inden for datalogi og sprog; selve frameworket t\u00e6ller ikke s\u00e5 meget p\u00e5 det tidspunkt. Vi g\u00e5r mest op i viden.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Er der andre krav end viden om teknologi?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Kendskab til engelsk, mindst B2-niveau. Det er selvf\u00f8lgelig et subjektivt sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l, men generelt \u00f8nsker vi, at udvikleren er kommunikativ og i stand til at tale med kunden.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/software-development-Poland.jpg\" alt=\"softwareudvikling Polen\" \/><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Konkurrencen p\u00e5 markedet er meget h\u00f8j. Det er m\u00e5ske ikke let at overbevise en udvikler om at arbejde for dig.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Det er helt rigtigt. Men jeg tror, at man kan l\u00e6re meget p\u00e5 Codest. Lad mig give et interessant eksempel. Vi arbejder med en af de st\u00f8rste <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/blog\/top-programming-languages-to-build-e-commerce\/\">e-handel<\/a> virksomheder i Litauen. I deres projekt har vores udviklere brugt god praksis, hvilket er vores credo hos Codest. Den <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/blog\/guide-to-enterprise-software-development\/\">CTO<\/a> fra den virksomhed fortalte os senere, at deres interne udviklere kunne l\u00e6re meget af vores. F\u00f8r det havde de ikke den kvalitetstilgang, som de oplevede hos os.<\/p>\n<p>Derudover tilbyder vi ubegr\u00e6nsede muligheder for <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/blog\/why-does-your-company-need-a-remote-development-team\/\">fjernarbejde<\/a>. Vi fors\u00f8ger at opfylde vores medarbejderes forventninger. Hvis nogen foretr\u00e6kker fjernarbejde, kan vi skabe foruds\u00e6tningerne for det. Vi indf\u00f8rer ikke virksomhedspraksis, og derfor kan jeg med sikkerhed sige, at den uformelle atmosf\u00e6re er et plus. Det er v\u00e6rd at understrege, at vi har en gruppe af <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/blog\/hire-ror-developer\/\">Ruby<\/a> og <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/blog\/hire-javascript-developer\/\">JavaScript<\/a> eksperter i vores team. Flere af vores nuv\u00e6rende udviklere har startet deres IT-karriere p\u00e5 programmeringsskolen CodeSensei. Vores erfarne udviklere - Radek og Tomek - var mentorer der. Alle kender deres n\u00e6rmeste leder - de har regelm\u00e6ssige m\u00f8der, hvor de frit kan bede om hj\u00e6lp i forbindelse med arbejde, projekter eller selvudvikling.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Hvor hj\u00e6lper udviklingsrammen dig mest?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>F\u00f8rst og fremmest strukturerer det principperne for samarbejde med udviklere og deres v\u00e6kst. Hvis en kunde sp\u00f8rger os om vores team, kan vi desuden vise ikke bare de udviklere, der arbejder hos Codest, men ogs\u00e5 vores kultur med at udvide deres f\u00e6rdigheder. Det er afg\u00f8rende i forhold til at opretholde en h\u00f8j kvalitet og den vigtigste v\u00e6rdi for os.
