Af og til kan den agile og vandfaldstilgangen kombineres. Spekulerer du p\u00e5, om en hybrid vandfalds- og agil tilgang er en god l\u00f8sning for dit projekt eller snarere et skjult problem? Fra mit perspektiv afh\u00e6nger det af projekttypen og dit forhold til dine kunder. Jeg tror, at hvis du opstiller forst\u00e5elige regler for en s\u00e5dan hybridl\u00f8sning, vil du have en chance for at opn\u00e5 succes.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Agil og vandfaldshybrid i softwareudvikling<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hvis jeg skulle v\u00e6lge mellem Agile og Waterfall, ville jeg i lyset af min personlige erfaring helt klart v\u00e6lge Agile. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/hello-world\/\"><strong>Vi har brugt denne tilgang hos Codest i \u00e5revis, og jeg kan sige, at den fungerer rigtig godt.<\/strong><\/a>. Denne konklusion er baseret p\u00e5 vores erfaringer p\u00e5 det internationale marked. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/dictionary\/what-is-the-size-of-your-potential-reachable-market\/\">marked<\/a> og samarbejdet med vores kunder fra forskellige brancher, som f.eks. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/blog\/top-programming-languages-to-build-e-commerce\/\">e-handel<\/a>, markedsplads, <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/dictionary\/what-is-adtech\/\">Adtech<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/blog\/banks-go-high-tech-unravel-fraud-with-machine-learning\/\">fintech<\/a>, proptech og <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/blog\/designing-a-scalable-saas-platform-for-future-growth\/\">SaaS<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f8r vi starter et projekt, bruger vi normalt meget tid p\u00e5 at overbevise vores kunder om, at Agile er en bedre l\u00f8sning, is\u00e6r hvis man sammenligner med Waterfall. Du sp\u00f8rger m\u00e5ske: Hvorfor Agile? Jeg mener, at denne tilgang giver mulighed for <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/blog\/why-us-companies-are-opting-for-polish-developers\/\">os<\/a> for at skabe en <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/dictionary\/how-to-make-product\/\">produkt<\/a> t\u00e6t p\u00e5 vores kunders forventninger, fordi de kan deltage aktivt i processen. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/blog\/what-to-look-for-in-a-custom-software-development-company\/\">udviklingsproces<\/a>. Vi er i konstant kontakt og overv\u00e5ger fremskridtene. Derudover hj\u00e6lper Agile med at vejlede vores kunder til pr\u00e6cist at skitsere det projekt, de \u00f8nsker at gennemf\u00f8re.<\/p>\n<p>Alligevel kan en hybridl\u00f8sning ogs\u00e5 v\u00e6re en god id\u00e9. Vandfald bruges stadig af mange ledere, som gerne vil v\u00e6re fortrolige med dokumentationen og holde sig til den helt fra begyndelsen af deres projekter. S\u00e5 hvordan er det muligt at kombinere begge tilgange? Du skal fokusere p\u00e5 de vigtigste fordele ved Agile og Waterfall. Lad mig give dig et eksempel. I l\u00f8bet af projektet kan vi holde os til den tidligere specificerede dokumentation, men den hybride tilgang giver os mulighed for at v\u00e6re fleksible og justere, hvis det er n\u00f8dvendigt. Til det form\u00e5l skal du v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5 kvaliteten af kommunikationen med din kunde. Hvis du beslutter, at der skal foretages \u00e6ndringer i dokumentationen, skal du informere din kunde, s\u00f8rge for, at alt er accepteret fra begge sider, og f\u00f8rst derefter foretage de foresl\u00e5ede \u00e6ndringer.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/app\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Agile-software-development.jpg\" alt=\"Agil softwareudvikling\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Du skal v\u00e6re opm\u00e6rksom p\u00e5, at hybridl\u00f8sningen rummer nogle potentielle farer. En af dem er manglen p\u00e5 pr\u00e6cise aftaler om, hvor meget henholdsvis Agile og Waterfall skal bruges. Manglen p\u00e5 klare regler kan senere f\u00f8re til misforst\u00e5elser. Det er derfor, jeg endnu en gang understreger betydningen af kommunikation med kunden. N\u00e5r du udvikler softwareprodukter, skal dine kunder forst\u00e5, at det er umuligt at planl\u00e6gge alt fra start til slut. Hvis du informerer din kunde om, at der kan opst\u00e5 afvigelser i forhold til den underliggende dokumentation i l\u00f8bet af projektet, og de respekterer det fuldt ud, s\u00e5 har du en god chance for succes. Kort sagt skal begge parter anerkende deres behov og matche hinandens arbejdsstile.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Hybridl\u00f8sning i praksis<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>For at tydeligg\u00f8re mit synspunkt vil jeg vise dig, hvordan kombinationen af Agile og Waterfall kan fungere i praksis. For nogen tid siden arbejdede vi med en kunde, som i h\u00f8j grad foretrak vandfaldsmetoden. Vi havde ikke regelm\u00e6ssige samtaler, hvilket gjorde samarbejdet meget vanskeligt. Desuden vidste vi ikke, om vi udviklede projektet i overensstemmelse med kundens \u00f8nsker og rent faktisk opfyldte forventningerne. P\u00e5 et tidspunkt blev der truffet en beslutning om at forbinde vandfald og agilitet. Vi kontaktede kunden og pr\u00e6senterede situationen og vores syn p\u00e5 sagen. Vi forklarede, hvorfor det giver mening at anvende Agile, og hvordan det kan hj\u00e6lpe os. Kunden forstod vores perspektiv, og vi kunne implementere denne \u00e6ndring i projektet. <a href=\"https:\/\/thecodest.co\/da\/dictionary\/what-is-the-role-of-project-management-in-software-development\/\">projektledelse<\/a>. Jeg kan forsikre dig om, at hybridl\u00f8sningen i dette tilf\u00e6lde var en god id\u00e9, og at projektet blev gennemf\u00f8rt med succes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Nysgerrige fakta om den agile og vandfaldshybridl\u00f8sning<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Jeg st\u00f8dte for nylig p\u00e5 en meget interessant unders\u00f8gelse, der viser ledernes brug af individuelle projektstyringsmetoder. Det viser sig, at predictive management stadig bruges mest, da hele 47% af de adspurgte gik ind for denne mulighed. Til geng\u00e6ld kom Agile p\u00e5 andenpladsen med 23%. Hybridl\u00f8sningen (Agile og Waterfall) blev ogs\u00e5 brugt af 23% af de adspurgte. Andre tilgange blev brugt af 7% af deltagerne i unders\u00f8gelsen.<\/p>\n<p>Forslag? Jeg tror, at Agile kan prale af sin store popularitet, som kan vokse over tid. Hvis kunden er fast besluttet p\u00e5 kun at bruge vandfald, s\u00e5 pr\u00f8v at pr\u00e6sentere de fordele, der kan opn\u00e5s ved at kombinere vandfald og agile tilgange.
