Krisen har \u00e6ndret forbrugernes tilgang til indk\u00f8b. Som f\u00f8lge heraf viste det sig, at n\u00e5r det g\u00e6lder levering af dagligvarer:<\/p>\n

- 14% af forbrugerne brugte dagligvareleveringstjenester for f\u00f8rste gang,<\/p>\n

- 13% af forbrugerne har \u00f8get den hyppighed, hvormed de bruger disse tjenester,<\/p>\n

- 25% har ikke brugt dagligvareleveringstjenester og har ikke planer om at g\u00f8re det.<\/p>\n

Interessant nok bliver BOPIS-l\u00f8sninger (Buy Online Pick Up in Store) stadig mere popul\u00e6re:<\/p>\n

- 10% af forbrugerne pr\u00f8vede BOPIS for f\u00f8rste gang,<\/p>\n

- 13% af forbrugerne \u00f8gede hyppigheden af brugen af BOPIS-l\u00f8sninger,<\/p>\n

- 24% af forbrugerne har ikke brugt BOPIS og har ikke planer om at g\u00f8re det.<\/p>\n

Bortset fra denne interessante statistik har vi siden udbruddet af COVID-19 kunnet konstatere betydelige stigninger i brancher som FMCG, sundheds- og sikkerhedsprodukter eller catering\/f\u00f8devarelevering.<\/p>\n
