Forskning udf\u00f8rt af Startup Genome viser, at i s\u00e5 mange som 70% af tilf\u00e6ldene er for tidlig skalering \u00e5rsagen til opstartskonkurser. Virksomheder investerer, n\u00e5r de egentlig ikke er klar til det.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Hvorfor sker dette? Det enkleste svar er m\u00e5ske, at virksomhederne ikke ved, hvorn\u00e5r det er tid til at opskalere. Hvis din produkt<\/a> ikke er klar til det, vil du finde ud af det meget hurtigt. Det betyder ikke noget, at oms\u00e6tningen er p\u00e5 et godt niveau, da andre processer optager budgettet. En anden meget almindelig fejl er \u00f8get rekruttering, n\u00e5r produktet stadig er af d\u00e5rlig kvalitet eller ikke l\u00e6ngere tilfredsstiller kunderne.\u00a0<\/p>\n

For at h\u00e5ndtere teknisk g\u00e6ld er du n\u00f8dt til at omgive dig med en erfaren hold<\/a> af udviklere. S\u00f8rg for, at dit team er kompetent nok til at klare denne udfordring, s\u00e5 du ikke beh\u00f8ver at h\u00e5ndtere s\u00e5danne problemer...<\/p>\n

Prioritering af software<\/h2>\n

Kender du f\u00f8lelsen, n\u00e5r du kigger p\u00e5 din backlog og ser en endel\u00f8s liste af opgaver, der skal udf\u00f8res? Det er ogs\u00e5 en af de st\u00f8rste udfordringer for CTO'er, der skalerer et produkt. Som regel er antallet af udviklere begr\u00e6nset, s\u00e5 opgaverne skal udv\u00e6lges og prioriteres for at opretholde kontinuiteten i udviklingen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Selvf\u00f8lgelig m\u00e5 du regne med, at du ikke altid n\u00e5r alle dine m\u00e5l, is\u00e6r ikke n\u00e5r dit team er overbelastet. Men hvordan h\u00e5ndterer man budgetbegr\u00e6nsninger? Der er ingen gylden regel for dette. Mit forslag er, at du helt sikkert er n\u00f8dt til at lave nogle budgetm\u00e6ssige antagelser i begyndelsen og fors\u00f8ge at holde dig til dem.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Disse antagelser skal selvf\u00f8lgelig underbygges af grundige analyser og helst ogs\u00e5 praktisk erfaring. Planl\u00e6g aldrig hele dit budget, men afs\u00e6t en del til eventuelle ekstraudgifter eller forsinkelser. N\u00e5r man skalerer et produkt, g\u00f8r man altid sit bedste for at forhindre dem i at opst\u00e5, men de er desv\u00e6rre meget almindelige.<\/p>\n
