Hex Editor: Definition og forklaring<\/h1>\n

En hex-editor er en type softwarev\u00e6rkt\u00f8j, der giver brugerne mulighed for at se og redigere den bin\u00e6re data<\/a> af en fil eller et program. Bin\u00e6re data er de r\u00e5 data, som computere bruger til at lagre og behandle information, og de repr\u00e6senteres i hexadecimalt format, deraf navnet \"hex-editor\".<\/p>\n

Hex-editorer bruges ofte af udviklere, programm\u00f8rer og it-professionelle til at analysere og \u00e6ndre bin\u00e6re filer, som f.eks. eksekverbare programmer, firmware og diskbilleder. De er ogs\u00e5 nyttige til reverse engineering, debugging og datagendannelse.<\/p>\n

I mods\u00e6tning til teksteditorer, som viser tekst i et menneskeligt l\u00e6sbart format, viser hexeditorer data i en r\u00e5, ufortolket form.
