Je inspirov\u00e1n m\u00fdm p\u0159edchoz\u00edm rozhovorem s jist\u00fdm CTO<\/a>. Kdy\u017e mluv\u00edm s firmami o mo\u017en\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci se spole\u010dnost\u00ed Codest, \u010casto se setk\u00e1v\u00e1m s dotazy na skute\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ednosy rozhodnut\u00ed spolupracovat s softwarov\u00fd d\u016fm<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed si st\u011b\u017euj\u00ed na probl\u00e9my s dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00edm rozpo\u010dtu, jin\u00ed zmi\u0148uj\u00ed p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00e9 term\u00edny, najdou se i tac\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed upozor\u0148uj\u00ed na \u0161patnou kvalitu takov\u00fdch projekt\u016f.<\/p>\n

Pro\u010d se to d\u011bje? Existuje jen jedna odpov\u011b\u010f - \u0161patn\u00e1 projekt<\/a> \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. M\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt ty nejlep\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159e na sv\u011bt\u011b, ale pokud je nedok\u00e1\u017eete \u0159\u00eddit a zajistit efektivn\u00ed v\u00fdvoj projektu, neusp\u011bjete.
