Proto jsem se rozhodl napsat tento \u010dl\u00e1nek a nechat v\u00e1s nahl\u00e9dnout do z\u00e1kulis\u00ed. Poj\u010fme si proj\u00edt m\u016fj den jako JavaScript<\/a> V\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159<\/a><\/b> zde na The Codest<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Rann\u00ed<\/h2>\n

Je p\u00e1tek, 7:52. Pr\u00e1v\u011b jsem si dal \u0161\u00e1lek sv\u00e9 obl\u00edben\u00e9 k\u00e1vy a chyst\u00e1m se p\u0159ihl\u00e1sit do Slacku, abych pozdravil n\u00e1\u0161 kan\u00e1l s ozn\u00e1men\u00edmi. V z\u00e1vislosti na dni za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m mezi sedmou a dev\u00e1tou, proto\u017ee m\u00e1me pru\u017enou pracovn\u00ed dobu. Te\u010f nast\u00e1v\u00e1 okam\u017eik, kdy za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 kouzlo - otev\u00edr\u00e1m front\/backend aplikace a datab\u00e1zi. Pak se r\u00e1d znovu pod\u00edv\u00e1m na Slack, abych zjistil, jestli jsou n\u011bjak\u00e9 aspekty, kter\u00e9 je t\u0159eba zv\u00e1\u017eit - nov\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 se objevily, zat\u00edmco jsem byl
\nne v pr\u00e1ci, brouci na hran\u00ed, k\u00f3d<\/a> recenze<\/b> od jin\u00fdch v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159\u016f, kter\u00e9 mus\u00edm zkontrolovat. <\/p>\n

R\u00e1d tak\u00e9 proch\u00e1z\u00edm svou po\u0161tovn\u00ed schr\u00e1nku a kalend\u00e1\u0159, abych zjistil, zda na dan\u00fd den nejsou napl\u00e1nov\u00e1ny n\u011bjak\u00e9 nov\u00e9 sch\u016fzky. Jakmile to v\u0161echno vy\u010dist\u00edm, p\u0159ejdu na Trello, abych zjistil, co mus\u00edm dnes ud\u011blat, a napl\u00e1noval si zbytek dne.<\/p>\n

Jeliko\u017e jsem se v\u0161emi v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdmi \u00fakoly hotov, je \u010das vrhnout se na k\u00f3d! Abych udr\u017eel dobr\u00fd pracovn\u00ed postup, ob\u010das si zavol\u00e1m s ostatn\u00edmi v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159i, kte\u0159\u00ed se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na stejn\u00e9m projekt<\/a> zjistit, co je nov\u00e9ho, vym\u011bnit si n\u011bkolik n\u00e1zor\u016f a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby spole\u010dn\u011b vymyslet nejlep\u0161\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fdch \u00faskal\u00ed. <\/p>\n

Abych neztratil p\u0159ehled, kontroluji Trello a koment\u00e1\u0159e, zda nedo\u0161lo k n\u011bjak\u00fdm zm\u011bn\u00e1m, abych m\u011bl o v\u0161em p\u0159ehled. Kdy\u017e jsem s nejnal\u00e9hav\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi z\u00e1le\u017eitostmi hotov, je \u010das ob\u011bda! D\u00e1v\u00e1m v\u011bd\u011bt koleg\u016fm z The Codest, \u017ee m\u00e1m na n\u011bjakou dobu volno, a zad\u00e1v\u00e1m \"AFK\" do na\u0161eho oznamovac\u00edho kan\u00e1lu na Slacku. <\/p>\n

Nav\u00edc ka\u017ed\u00fd p\u00e1tek po\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1me virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed u k\u00e1vy pro v\u0161echny zam\u011bstnance. \u010cas od \u010dasu si tam r\u00e1d odsko\u010d\u00edm a p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011b si popov\u00edd\u00e1m s lidmi ze v\u0161ech odd\u011blen\u00ed. <\/p>\n

Odpoledne<\/h2>\n

V z\u00e1vislosti na projektech m\u00e1m tak\u00e9 pravideln\u00e9 sch\u016fzky. V r\u00e1mci t\u00e9 pr\u00e1v\u011b prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed si vol\u00e1m s Wojtkem (vedouc\u00edm na\u0161eho odd\u011blen\u00ed), aby mi \u0159ekl, co se d\u011bje. Produkt<\/a> Design) ka\u017ed\u00e9 dva t\u00fddny, abyste si promluvili o sou\u010dasn\u00e9m podniku a ujistili se, \u017ee v\u0161e prob\u00edh\u00e1 hladce. Krom\u011b tvorby k\u00f3du m\u00e1m tak\u00e9 mo\u017enost diverzifikovat sv\u00e9 \u00fakoly a pod\u00edlet se na dal\u0161\u00edch zaj\u00edmav\u00fdch \u010dinnostech, jako je podpora n\u00e1boru, \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed intern\u00edch v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch sch\u016fzek a tvorba projektov\u00fdch nab\u00eddek.
