We are currently looking for a:

Lead Generation Specialist


Preferred localization: Warsaw
Salary: 5-7k PLN per month on a B2B/use.me contract and bonuses for a successfully generated client, up to 10k OTE monthly

📈 Your Responsibilities:

  • International Market Research based on different sources
  • Making initial contact with potential customers & partners from FinTech and TechServices area
  • Setting up calls between customers and sales team or board
  • Creating strategy, choosing methods and analyzing final results for improvements
  • Out of box ideas to generate new business opportunities
  • Creating excel files with contacts and using CRM system to monitor work progress
  • Reporting directly to CEO

🔑 Key Requirements:

  • Similar experience in lead generation field or market research at least 2 years
  • Knowledge of Linkedin, CRM, Excel and reporting tools
  • Ambitious to grow within company and company structures
  • Independent thinking, initiative and high work ethic
  • Advanced English in speaking and writing (you will be working with international clients only)

  • Experience in startup or fast growing company

📌Recruitment process:

  • 30 minute screening call online with our recruiter
  • 30 minute online interview (more technical)
  • 1 hour face-to-face interview in Warsaw
