We are currently looking for a temporary replacement for our current finance specialist. The estimate is a 12-month contract - but we are more than open to extending it indefinitely. Planned start date is in August 2023. Our preferred localization is Warsaw - hybrid work for the probation period (3 months) and then remote work, according to your preferences 😉
Finance & Back Office Specialist
✅ Key Requirements (skills & experience):
- At least 2 years of experience in Finances and/or Accounting. Some experience in Back Office or Administration will be a plus
- Degree in finance-related fields (economy, accounting, administration, etc)
- Communicative English (B2 minimum, we work with many international clients)
- Good familiarity of Excel
- Nice to have: experience with Google Workspace, Calamari, Clockify
📈 Your responsibilities:
- Preparing finance reports for the management
- Finance controlling for the company and its internal units
- Invoicing our clients and monitoring due payments
- Ensuring that profit margins are within the expected company projections
- Close cooperation with the outsourced accounting team (delivering invoices, required documents and disclosing necessary information)
- Back office management (mainly overseeing employees’ time reports)
- Verifying and negotiating contracts with our clients and employees
- Working with our lawyer to oversee all things legal
