We are currently looking for:

Business Development Manager

Preferred location: Warsaw

✅ Key Requirements (skills & experience):

  • Sales experience in a company with a similar business profile: Custom Software Development/ IT services / startups
  • Flexibility in operations (you are able to seek efficiencies in your operations for which you take responsibility)
  • Measurable professional success regarding growth/development of the organization
  • Fluency in spoken and written English - C1 (knowledge of German or Swedish is appreciated)
  • Experience in closing deals with international clients (our main focus is scale-ups and corporations)
  • Knowledge of and ability to use sales techniques and attention to service standards
  • Interest in technology - mainly in the areas of software development and design (you will find it useful to better understand customer requirements)
  • Good work organization and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (using Pipedrive, Linkedin Sales Navigator, etc. tools).

📈 Your responsibilities: 

  • Establish and maintain relationships with business clients (we are currently working on projects for clients in Western Europe and the US. These include SaaS, marketplace and e-Commerce applications)
  • Building sales offerings for outsourcing projects in Fixed and TM model
  • Co-creation and implementation of new customer acquisition strategies
  • Initiating events and processes to acquire contacts/customers in the B2B channel
  • Proactively generate B2B sales through online and offline activities (collaboration with lead generation)
  • Building and managing sales pipeline
  • Collecting and managing customer feedback on ongoing services
  • Analyzing and verifying the IT market and recommending possible improvements - ultimately you will be held accountable for sales results
  • Constant contact with the team and completion of the CRM system, ensuring a continuous flow of information
  • Supporting and optimizing sales of The Codest - we hope that you will bring new ideas to our company, and if something can work better with us - you will say it out loud (this is one of our The Codest values)
