💡 وصف المشروع:
Our client is one of the leading financial services organizations with an office in Limassol, Cyprus. As one of the largest banks in Asia, they are driving innovation in the financial sector with cutting-edge IT products. Technical analysis of trade execution and processing is required as they transition their existing system to a new project. A deep understanding of the legacy system is crucial, as it is being migrated to a new version. This role demands a hands-on approach, ensuring a smooth transition in line with the migration roadmap.
Work Model: Remote
📈 Your Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Convert business needs into actionable technical specifications for development teams.
- Support identity and access management (AIM) initiatives through analysis and project involvement.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and technical requirements.
- Lead backlog refinement sessions and assist in sprint planning to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide demonstrations of new features, collect feedback, and prioritize necessary improvements.
🔑 Key Requirements:
- Four or more years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT-related projects.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and precision in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficiency in process mapping and schema design.
➕ Nice to Have:
- Experience with Appian workflows (or an equivalent)
- Fintech-related experience with payments, including payment orchestration and MT messages.
